Okay, it's not a secret for everyone but those who do not know will appreciate this. I'm talking about using Polarized sunglasses when you are outside. I've been wearing them since the '60s not only because they are recommended by optometrists and other eye specialists because it cuts down glare and don't fatigue your eyes such as cheap, non-Polarized sunglasses do, but because they are the ultimate fun and beneficial eye gear.

When you are outside and look up with naked eyes you see the blue sky either without clouds or you see the blue sky between clouds. When you see an aerial object you may strain against the glare of the sky and you may see the fuselage of an airplane and if it's high you sort of have to squint to recognize its shape.

When you wear Polarized sunglasses a whole new visual world is exposed. You look up at the blue sky and if you rotate your head slightly you'll see the blue sky darken dramatically. If you should see an aerial object when your head is rotated and the sky is darkened the object will just pop out and if it's an airplane you'll see the silver fuselage and the wings and the tail standing out of the dark blue. You might be disappointed but the sight is impressive.

It's easier to see balloons, seagulls, etc. So if you should see a non-traditional shape you'll rotate your head to verify that it's not what you are accustomed to seeing and you'll be able to stare at it without squinting and eye fatigue. If you should be near people during your sighting and point it out to them and they're not wearing Polarized sunglasses they might not see it as the glare might be too much for them and obscure details.

If you have a camera or a cellphone and they don't incorporate a Polarizing filter, take off the sunglasses and put one of the lenses in front of the camera's lens and rotate the Polarized lens as you look at the screen and you'll see the darkening effect and the UAO stand out.

When you are not scanning the sky, have fun by looking at car windshields for the various "invisible" colors and patterns. Same thing for building entrances that have glass doors that have metal handles. See leaves go from reflective to non-reflective and dark green, the true color. There's a whole unseen wold waiting to be seen with Polarized sunglasses.

Enjoy!

I mentioned this some weeks ago, sitting in a park with friends, only me was wearing sunglasses.
Somehow i started to watch the sky and i saw things the others, or me, without the sunglasses couldn´t see.

Like a huge bunch of birds doing weird things very high up in the sky, they almost looked like a solid body in shape af an orb.
We needed several minutes, i had to lend my sunglasses to the others so they could also see, to identify what this really is. Just a bunch of birds.

And i mentioned planes one couldn´t see without sunglasses. Tested it several times, glasses on, something flying there, glasses off, nothing to see.

I was walking down the street during the day once and i was like what the hell is that white dot??. I couldnt believe id spotted it. One in a million chance of looking directly where is was. Almost invisible. Thought i was going nuts. Then it clicked....it was venus. Id always read about it being visible during the daytime sometimes. And i had seen it. i was very excited.

And thats all i have to say

watched U23071 / EasyJet (according to flight radar 24) without glases, barely visible and it hurts.
watched U23071 / EasyJet with polarized glases, clear outline, red tail could be seen, perfect.
watched U23071 / EasyJet with normal sun glases, clear outline, red tail could be seen, hurts a bit to the eyes.

If there is a strong magnetic field around an object, polarized lenses may allow it to be seen.

I witnessed a ufo orb/dense cloud going about in the sky, pretty low, my friend said that he can see the outlines, clearly while i just saw this misty hazy outline, it was awesome. oh, and he had sunglasses on,

THEY LIVE YOU SLEEP,sleep,sleep,sleep,sleep.

By the way, this vid reminded me, that i have seen the weird rotating thingy, at the end of the clip, but it did not say sleep, but it was invisible, only i could see it.

Polarized sunglasses are also very useful for spotting fish, while fishing. It helps in dropping a lure in the right place.

They also enhance the general quality of experience when around the many beautiful waterscapes FLorida has to offer. They enhance the scenes, where lifting them on and off these double takes really stoke the experience when getting the best 'shots' er when witnessing the best spots.

Yeah, you can tilt your head from side to side to get the same effect. Makes you look to be a quizzical dog though.

Of course, if your fishfinder/GPS has an LCD display it becomes problematic.
