OK. I was wrong. To clarify my previous post, Washington DC has a delegate rule that no matter who they vote for, if only one person is nominated, all votes must go to that person, regardless of who the delegates vote for. This rule hasn't been used or needed in the past, because there's never been so much division within the party and the nominee usually wins, even counting the votes for other nominees.

Not that anyone reading cares about what's really happening...

I noticed that Dr. Carson weighed in today on the "scandal" over Mrs. Trump's speech last night.

His claim was that just shows that Democrats and Republicans actually feel the same way about the issues.

He is a genuinely good man. He recognises that on 80% of all REAL issues there is broad agreement. It's just people's focus is always on the 20%
