So, state department is not:

too lazy
too beholden to donors at the Clinton foundation
too slow to respond when our ambassadors are being tortured and murdered
too obsequious when dealing with Iran and PutinRussia
overwhelmed with CHICOM spies

It's too white.

And is this a problem because they are slow or lazy?

What if a white gov't official said that some segment of govt was too black or too Jewish? Can you even imagine the reaction to that? Govt appointments should be based solely on qualifications, NOT skin color.

Of course that would not be acceptable. The regressive left in this country have been successful in making anti-white racism main stream and rationalized. Most people are afraid to acknowledge it, much less fight it.

Complete madness.

The majority population (white people) should constitute the majority of employees according to these peoples logic. But that's a sign of "institutional racism".

It's not diversification by forcing qualified white people out of their job for token minorities. It's racist discrimination. It is done because of the race they happened to be born into, nothing else.

This is no different from people being fired or refused jobs for being black in the 50s and 60s.
