I like to think of myself as taupe with shades of pink orange purple.

I saw two women being interviewed on sky yesterday. Big time Trump supporters who were going on about the wall and how much illegal immigration costs the country, how stopping it is the first step in getting rid of the defect.

They were black, just for the record.
I've seen a few clips of his rallies and have to say they aren't the homogeneous white only crowds some people like to pretend they are.

Maybe distance means I miss some of the nuance though.

Now you understand all my posts about how I have no use for society or Government. They simply add no value or meaning to my life and in fact are a gigantic waste of time. I enjoy interacting with and helping out folks in my community, but that is about all the society I can take.

There is too much stupid out there.

I'm pretty left-wing but I see plenty of anti-white rhetoric these days.

May I butt in for a sec, your Brazilian friend may have felt that way even before the rally, and while I am certain all of Trump's supporters are not "White Supremacist" a good many of them are because they are attracted to the divisive stuff he said early on and doubled down ever since , Trump's dog whistle is deafeningly loud.

Well America even at it's whitest was a heck of a lot more diverse than you may think, sure the concentration of wealth and power were/is in the hands of "whites" but whiteness wasn't at all clearly defined and in some corners still isn't, for example.

In his eyes the , Germans, Swedes and others were as alien and as non White as the native sons of Africa who presence should be limited, Whiteness is a thing granted, now old Ben wouldn't have conferred whiteness on the above groups but in time others did, and this was After Elis Island.

The racist agenda is the institutionalization and utilization of the category "race" as an identity. The notion that we can group others —and worse, ourselves—according to the shade of an epidermis is fundamentally absurd. Even believing that humanity can be divided into races is racist or racialist in the original sense of the term. The best thing to do is to avoid the notion of race at all cost.

Though you never hear of predominantly black or muslim schools being marked down for it.

There's a crazy double standard going on.

Not at all. It's not up to me what people rallied about, just the constant victimisation of the white male is tiring, not what I've come to expect from ats, especially when those same white males usually call people out for being snowflakes and needing safe spaces for any other group that feels victimised. Just a bit week coming from males who believe they have been robbed of their identity and emasculated.

It's just weird, because I've never felt these things and don't see it. It's just strange seeing a bunch of white guys playing the victim card. If they are victims in this society I imagine it's more a case of bringing it on themselves

It's good you have the great white hope in trump to make things great again maybe you can go back to segregation. The good old days when you could use the n word without the pc brigade jumping on you.

Maybe we need a white history month or a white pride march would that make things more equal for everyone.

If your white your racist - could easily be the case and most likely is in many instances but it also means that where there are whites there must be diversity. Diversity is in many instances a form nice word for subversion.
