Lol, I've felt an earthquake too, just barely though.
It felt like someone was jumping around on the roof. Later I found out that there had been an earthquake (in Quebec I think?).
We get tornadoes here, but that's about all. The town I live in now was hit bad by one in the 70's.
I was in a bigger city about 30 min. away...I remember how the sky looked brown and thought that was bizarre.
Later on I found out about the tornado.

I actually saw a tornado too, while still living in the city. It was heading towards our house and we ran for the basement. It changed direction and took the roofs off the townhouses just down the road. We went for a walk later to see the damage (nobody was hurt thankfully).
Ever since then I've been afraid of storms.
