CNN Reporter Blasts Trump About His "sick obsession" for Megyn Kelly

A CNN senior reporter ripped at Donald Trump for "vitriolic" and undignified attacks on Fox's Kelly. Dylan Byers goes on to applaud her as an outstanding journalist and mother of three, and doesn't hold back in his scathing tweet.

I'm not surprised to see this, and expected it from another source than Fox, whom Trump has provided endless material. This opening salvo will spur a war of words, and expect nothing less from the Trump camp. Comments on various sites compare this tweet with the Trump vs Fields @ Breibart incident, which to me is entirely a different situation. I eagerly await Trump's response to Byers, as The Donald is known for speaking exactly what's on his mind.

Megyn Kelly is getting too full of herself. She has developed the "Vanity Fair" air about her. Her first question to Donald on the first debate was vapid and baiting.

And, oh, my...she is a mother of three with a successful career and a highly rated TV cable news show! Whoopie doo!! Donald is a father of five with a successful business career and had a number one rated TV show! Where is his respect?

What's sexist here is suggesting a female cable host needs people to come to her rescue and stand up for her, because she's a woman and can't defend herself.

If you on one hand think women are equal to men, then on the other hand you've got to let them stand for themselves as men do. If Kelly was a man, this would barely make the news.

I'm no Trump fan boy, not even a little, although I do enjoy watching the circus he's created.

But I will say this, I like the way Trump has dealt with the "media" including Megyn Kelly.

They (not just Fox) sit around and engage in personal attacks, name call and cackle, acting as though its journalism.

They did this to Ron Paul NON STOP. But you know Ron Paul. He's 100% class. He would just stick to the issues and bury them with his ideals and responses.

Trump's not above it, not even a little. Trump actually gives their BS right back to 'em and man do they hate it.

The only person on Fox News who gave Donald his honest dues (before he announced and to the lead-up) was Greta Van Susteren. Haven't seen her on the show in a really really long time come to think of it. Hmmm ... Must be that Fox (overall) doesn't care much for Trump. Okay, it CAN be used to disseminate news, I'll admit that. HOWEVER, a vast majority of the time it's all rumor and riddled with inaccurate information.
