Fresno PD whistleblower, Activist Predicts Death, Says The Cops Killed Him

The man who was found stabbed inside a burning home in Fresno last week is confirmed to be John Lang, a frequent poster in the Fresno People’s Media group on Facebook and acquaintance to many in the Fresno activist community.

This person (John Lang) had a long-standing beef with the Fresno PD - apparently he was a whistle-blower over some issue and community activist. He has documented numerous instances of stalking behavior by police at his home, most caught on camera. Just before his murder he plead online over social media that it was coming, and asked his contacts to keep an eye out for him.

John seemingly predicted his own murder and says Fresno law enforcement is responsible.

Days before his death, he was adamant that Fresno law enforcement would conclude their 7-year-long campaign against him by ending his life.

On Jan. 13, 2016, he shared a brief conversation between him and another person reiterating the reason why Fresno cops were stalking him.

There's a long article at the above link over this episode. Whether this is true or not, the video evidence he had shows a lot of "intimidating" police activity in front of his house - I say intimidating because police vehicle, both marked and unmarked continually stop in front of his house, or enter his property, then leave. Then come back, then leave again. Something was clearly up.

Police are the new judges juries and their own executioners these days......they dispense with the law when they feel like it......and kill with seeming impunity.....
Woe unto an evil house....

I don't doubt this for a minute. Not this day and age.

This video seems intimidating. Black van pointing some type of camera (Lang claimed it was a thermal imaging camera) at this house.

I don't want to put the cart before the horse, it's too early yet to say just how John Lang was killed, and whether it really did involve the PD, but that van video is damning, as that is the tool the PD can use to determine if there are body heat signatures inside a home prior to conducting a raid or black bag op. It can also look for heat from a grow operation. Why were they using it on Lang? Were they on a fishing expedition for pot or were they making sure the home was unoccupied before entering it...?

A quick look in Google tells me something is very seriously wrong with the picture in Fresno...

Fresno police corruption Cops - Google Search

Is this search result something unique to the city of Fresno or will the same result show up for other cities as well?

I wonder how many other lives have been snuffed out in the same way?

Staggering amounts of information on police misconduct can be found easily via a google search for any given year. Car thefts, drugs, civil rights violations – year after year, time after time, these things get two days of attention, a few statements and are quickly swept into the file cabinet. Always it’s, “Well, this is shocking.”

The truth about the Fresno Police Dept.

All across the United States, as police departments become embroiled in controversy and corruption, the investigations are revealing a disturbing trend. It's not the new recruits that continue to be implicated, but the highest-ranking officers within the departments.

These problems aren't rare, they aren't isolated, and they are taking an enormous human and financial toll on our country...the United States is facing a true moral human rights crisis with police brutality and corruption in our country.

This police chief was arrested for raping underage boys.
This Tennessee police chief was just arrested for stealing.
This Alabama police chief was just arrested for stealing.
The Port of Los Angeles police chief was just arrested for corruption.
This police chief was just arrested and fired for prostitution.
This Arkansas police chief was just arrested for selling drugs.
This Fresno, California, police chief was arrested for selling drugs.
Hundreds of other high-ranking officers have been arrested in the past few years alone on every charge you could imagine.

Let's stop saying bad police officers are rare

Did you watch all the videos (I didn't)? The first two were ridiculous. A truck drove by his house. A guy with a dog walking down the street let his dog make friends with dogs in their yards.

I believe this person who was obviously Sheriff personnel with a police canine were using this canine for some sort of dominance or socialization training on my dogs and the neighboring animals.

Yes, a common tactic. We hear about this frequently. Pfft.

This would enable them to gain access to my residence without my animals and the animals of my neighbors barking and or raising alarms.

Right? It's the ol' USPS tactic.

Very strange because the car was similar to my Saturn and the driver was wearing a baseball hat similar to what I typically wear. The driver appeared to be arrogantly mocking my appearance. The driver made eye contact with me and smiled, which appeared to be an overt and sarcastic way to let me know he was following me.

The NERVE! I make sure to never drive my DGM sedan by other cars that are grey when wearing a hat, I don't want to mock them, or *gasp* overtly let them know I'm following them.

I think this guy had some problems. He probably consorted with other people that had some problems. I'm not thinking that the police set up a 7 year long conspiracy to kill him off.

Appreciate the share though! Is there anything that's more definite? To me it looks like a guy that's paranoid making a big deal out of nothing while living on what I consider a busy street. The van thing was weird, but it was the exception, and I've seen a lot of things I thought were suspicious/weird until I was given a very logical explanation about something I just hadn't been exposed to yet.

My 2 gaming computers have been hacked so I cant even update my computer after refromating and a fresh install of windows. My gps location dosent show up at my house but sometimes miles away. They have targeted me for along time and have no clue how to fight this. Sad to see him lose but i hear alot more is aloud in California.

A good search for researching this subject and a few results from this search...

Targeted Individual ‘Wackos’ Proven Right Again... For years, targeted individuals have complained that the only way criminals, including government ops, can speak about their private sex life and other private activities is through use of “through-the-wall technology.

Most people hearing those complaints have falsely accused the targeted individuals as being wacky, while professionals used terms less kind, inferring or falsely diagnosing the targets as “delusional” or “paranoid”, in other words, mentally ill. Now, United State Senators seem to get it, since they know that they too can be spied on in their most private moments with the technology in the hands of today’s police officers.

Spying is always to harass and inflict other injury onto the victim. The through-the-wall technology is one of the most effective ways to ensure cops can do that, far more effectively than by using hidden cameras. Finally, radar devices allowing police officers to effectively see into suspects’ homes have raised “privacy concerns of the highest order,” top lawmakers on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee said Thursday.

“At least 50 U.S. law enforcement agencies have secretly equipped their officers with that technology, with little notice to the public or the courts,” says ACLU, although it, too has dismissed complaints by hundreds of targeted individuals who have complained about such devices being used to spy on them.

Targeted Individual ‘Wackos’ Proven Right Again

In essence, a TI or Targeted Individual has been placed into a maze of psychological and many times physical warfare tactics which is orchestrated by federal law enforcement. Understand that one of the primary goals in an operation like this is to get the targeted individual to make what appear to be fantastical claims that will not be able to be proven in order to discredit them and create the perception or diagnosis of mental illness. The accomplishment of this goal will allow the perpetrators to bring the harassment to a new, more intense level since the targeted individual has now been professionally diagnosed or at least documented as showing symptoms of mental illness.

ive just watched all of the videos he's posted with the commentary. this is no joke. if people actually took the time to digest the material and not just mock it they would see a pattern of harassment. even going so far as to hack his CCTV system and edit out material making a huge leap visible in the time-code. stalking him in unmarked and marked vehicles. u

it's obvious they were trying to intimidate him and eventually frame him for some kind of false emission sticker scam as he worked doing repairs on boat motors and the like. that much is readily apparent after reading all of the material.

however, when that didn't take and they were having trouble creating false evidence it looks like they moved on to the next plan, murder. stab him to death and leave his body in a burning house. sounds like a pretty solid murder plan.

his case in particular when looked at in combination with the slew of corrupt activity in Fresno paints a very disturbing picture of police abusing their power and a system wide epidemic of corruption with no visible end in sight.

and he wasn't the only one who experienced this type of police harassment after posting comments critical of local police on the Fresno Bee website.

Jan. 17, he wrote this open letter to the DOJ and FBI.

Open Letter the the USDOJ and the FBI I am fairly certain that Fresno Law Enforcement is trying to set me up on some type a charge related to child pornography. I’ve been trying to figure out why they would send Child Molester George Adams Ramirez my way when I was renting the property next to me for Don Green. Also I was at a loss as to how Fresno LE was able to turn so many people against me so quickly. The only thing that makes sense coupled with George Ramirez situation is if Fresno LE told these folks I was a child porn suspect. Imagine a police officer dressed in his official uniform pulling up in a police cruiser. Imagine the same police officer or detective telling a group of coworkers of the accused or other folks that said person is a bad guy who is under investigation for the crimes of child pornography, and cops would like their help in putting a really bad guy away. This would be a no brainier for most reasonable people. There is no more heinous, hideous, and inhuman crime than that of a child porn person. This crime evokes more human emotion than any other. And it is to that effect that Fresno Law Enforcement uses to suit their purpose in my situation. It’s Fresno Law Enforcement’s “weapon of mass destruction”. This would also explain why the FBI shows little interest in my pleas for help. There has long been a believe in Law Enforcement circles that if someone is guilty of something, then helping that process along by fabricating evidence is completely acceptable. This rational can provide a loophole for truth and justice to be ignored when an innocent person is charged or suspected of crimes, as it is with my situation. Let this example serve as a warning to all my activist and blogger friends. We are by no means free. If and when the Government targets us, we are completely and utterly done, and there is really nothing we can do about it. Through my example the Government is trying to drive home the point that they want obidient, submisive, and loyal subjects. And they will settle for nothing less.. I’m also fairly certain I’ve figured out how Fresno Law Enforcement handled the actual access and internet distribution of the offensive material. Let’s just say that the FEDS should re-investigate all Child porn cases in Fresno where ATT Internet Services provided the Internet service. Especially cases where the accused had a conflict with the City Of Fresno or high ranking City of Fresno personnel. Other elements are simply handled by planting various elements of false evidence here and there once they enter a residence. That is why Fresno LE was so determined to get a search warrant for an official home entry in my case. As I’ve mentioned in the past Fresno LE had already illegally and secretly entered by home, copied my hard drives in order to get a good game plan for the eventual false arrest. There also appears to be a pattern here. Anyone who has ever talked publicly about, accused, or discussed Jerry Dyer’s suposed sex scandle with that 16 year old girl has found themselfs in some type of legal peril within a few short years.. And with this letter I have for certain signed my death warrant with Fresno LE. Kind Regards, John Lang Fresno Ca 93728

3 days after writing this open letter to the FBI & DOJ he was dead. This story needs to gain as much attention as possible.

Was the guy paranoid? Did he have a reason to be paranoid? Did he in some instances post rambling messages of being harassed, that make him look like a kook? Yes, but then if you were being subjected to police harassment, you might come across as unhinged at times as well. But thankfully to this guy's credit he got some of the harassment on footage.

It could be the guy was murdered during a home invasion. Stabbed to death, house set on fire (great way to destroy evidence) and security cam video missing. That doesn't sound at all like a typical home invasion turned deadly. Especially when we see the police using a thermal camera on the house just prior to the murder.

The 'mentally ill' card is a VERY effective tool to silence and suppress whistle blowers...

Apparently, making these victims look like kooks is one of the primary goals.

The end result: very few believe that this TI stuff is real, even right here on ATS.

This effectively builds an invisible wall of protection around these master illusionists.

This is also explains why the TPTB have so much control of the police forces.

Also confirmed by many LEO officers as well...

I just recently retired as an Officer in New Hampshire. I have been offered numerous other LE jobs and I'm here to tell you that I will never ever put a uniform on again. It is not the public that makes the job so degrading but the administration.I Wish I Never Became a Police Officer

I can only speak of my experience as an officer. It has been said here many times and I agree 100% that the most stress you will encounter in this job comes from within your own department. 99% of this stress comes from administration (puppet chiefs, arrogant supervisors, selfish agendas, etc.). More and more police departments are managed like a business instead of a brotherhood.

I Wish I Never Became a Police Officer

As a former officer I can only tell you what I have seen in a larger city department. You go into the job believing you are the good guys and see the officers who are the cowards and the criminals in uniform are the ones who get promoted and become your bosses. Even if you try to do the right thing and be a good officer you will always be a threat to the cowards and criminals who got promoted. Go into this profession with your eyes wide open, there are a lot of good cops and just as many bad. If you believe that being the good cop will get you anywhere you are sadly mistaken.

If you try to expose these bad cops they will destroy your career in a heartbeat and or get you hurt (call for back-up and nobody comes!) Even as the good cop you have to look the other way or you will be destroyed, It eats at your gut every day. Give me the dirtbags on the street anyday... they don't cause the stress, the political machine and lust for power cause the stress. I was so glad to get out the day my pension kicked in.

I will comment that the majority of people have zero clue how bad things really are. I used to work deep cover targeting corrupt police and federal agents. I really don't care anymore what happens to me, but I have had agents show me photos of people they were going to kill and make it look like 'Drug Deal Gone Bad' and this is the most used tactic in my experience. Sure as the sun rises there would be an article a few days later of this DDGB and the individual I identified.

The thing that happened and the reason I say the good cabal is coming up and the power struggle that came about was because not long after our task force started these ops, they had issue with bringing in these corrupt agents. It caused the government problems and often once identified their involvement in cases meant that all kinds of really nasty bad guys were getting out of prison because they could not rule out the evidence corruption and other issues used in convictions. We started seeing these people being disappeared by being taken out of the country on operations (say counterfeiting op) and not coming back or no backup when needed which was actually a setup to begin with. Problem for government solved.

If the citizens knew what was really happening, there would be blood in the streets. I had to deal with people in the community that would unglue some of the hardest people out there. They have no respect for US law, or any other law be it international or otherwise. I was involved in a case of a Navy Seal assassination plot. The wife and baby were kidnapped to cause him to make a mistake and reveal a weakness to be exploited. I had already been trying to extricate myself from this job and fortunately had very high family in the communities concerned which is the only reason I walked away. On that case I had a DIA unit become involved and they actually threatened to take me out if anything went wrong. I was called to meet them at a local YMCA and once on location they rolled out a huge aerial photograph of my home with IR imaging. I was told which side of the bed I slept on, which beds my daughters slept in, which doors my dogs slept by, which chairs each family member sat in at the dinner table, where everyone sat when watching TV, etc. Then they brought out a security squad with microwave/IR scopes and told me they would come up outside at 3 or 4AM and shoot me through the bedroom wall while I slept, shoot my dogs, then RESCUE my wife and kids and tell the MSM I was threatening to kill them and was barricaded in my house. That was UN-spanking-believable. It wasn't my last case, but one of my last.

I could write a couple of books about my experiences, but I swore to never talk as part of my exit. They did not threaten me as much as they thought, but it was made clear if I did whistle blow that it was my family that would pay the price. Most of my family is dead now. I still have a daughter, sister and grand kids however. So, my point is that you can't ever write off what some of these people claim. The van was not so much an op as it was a warning to him. They use aircraft if they want to be stealth about their ops.

ETA: When I say whistle blow, I mean details that could prove involvement. Otherwise, they will just attack your credibility and ruin you through other means. However, it may be indicative of future intent which may get you waxed anyway.

I must say, I'm not surprised at all. And I believe everything you've said. It all makes perfect sense.

It's just such a damn shame.

If an organization such as yours can't do anything about the corruption what can be done? I wonder if you have any suggestions? If activists are framed and taken out, where do we begin? Is there any one or any group that can help or are we at gods mercy with this? Apart from maybe complete revolution and the tearing down of government institutions so we can start again from the ground up.
