Just a thunk, would it not be better to get rid of the black bar at the top as the text will pop out of the reddish colour below anyway, and would look cooler (imho).

it just aids in the transition when a long post happens and the image repeats.

I suppose i could have used the red to blend. Maybe will mess around with it tomrrow.

i dig the hell out of the honey badger. tenacity is my favorite virtue, and they are tenacious as hell.

Clever, too. My second favorite virtue.

I have a black doxie mix that looks like a honey badger. Or an otter. Take your pick.

My name when I served in my team in the usmc was brotherman, at the time the Rattell (or the battle rattle) was associtated with me the same animal is the honey badger. I am very snarky, cynical and will hit someone really hard if I want to I don't always have to be provoked if the time and target is my thing. =D

These days I just want to paint and do that and become one with the paint and not be so much like the warfighter. I am 30 now and I am getting too old for bad dreams and circumstances.

just add in panels, kind of like if they did a comic book using early american art styles, with the faded edges on the images on the pages.

Come to think of it...

A piece of apple pie with a slice of Velveeta cheese on top is about as Americana as it gets !

(kinda like us Canucks with our mooses and maple syrup)
