Here's what NBC News has learned about Holloway:
•She was awarded an Education Credit Management Corp. scholarship in 2009. A statement released by ECMC Foundation at the time said that recipients were selected by educators in the sophomore year of high school to receive $4,000 through the scholarship fund.

•In 2011, Holloway was convicted of two traffic offenses, according to Multnomah County, Oregon records.


•Less than a year later, an article in The Skanner, an Oregon news site, lauded Holloway for receiving a role model award from the Portland Opportunities Industrialization Center, which assists at-risk youth. The Skanner reported that Holloway had been homeless during her freshman year of high school, but with help from the Portland Opportunities Industrialization Center, she was pursuing a career in forest service. NBC News has not independently confirmed those details.

Holloway was arrested without incident Sunday, appearing "stoic," Lombardo said. He added that she was possibly under the influence of drugs but "didn't appear to be distressed."

Funny how officials are comfortable with releasing details that might make it seem like she is not responsible for her actions and is a sympathetic victim but they are refusing to release her stated reason for her killing spree.

A drug recognition expert on the scene determined Holloway was under the influence of a “stimulant,” but blood test results were pending.

Certain of drugs results without a test to confirm. Time will tell, I suppose.

The last time I was in Vegas was there for a Photoshop World, I have never liked Vegas, but been there twice. At night I'd stroll the strip and see the immense wealth and the gilded extravagance. I'd also see the poor and homeless, some putting on costumes and shows, others just with their hand out. I remember one night grabbing a beer and burger and walking back to my big money hotel (Company I use to work for paid for it) and seeing someone in a Minnie Mouse costume her head bent down in defeat but her hand was still up and waving, I cried all the way back to the hotel.

I think the women who crashed into these people was feeling a bit of what I saw, although a hundred times worse.

Its a wonder with all the CCW holders in NV that the driver was not shot by someone to stop her.

She had already successfully legally changed her name and it seems she did not have a license or insurance.

So why are officials not using her legal name?

Less than two months ago, she decided she wanted to change her name. She filed a petition to change it to Paris Paradise Morton on Oct. 8, and a judge granted permission on Oct. 30. The only other court records linked to Holloway show she was charged in Oregon in 2011 with operating a vehicle without driving privileges and driving uninsured. She was convicted in March 2012.

Her family is portraying the murderer as victim who didn't do anything wrong.

LaShay Hardaway, who identified herself as one of Holloway's cousins, said Lakeisha was very tired lately and blamed that for the crash. "She's been more exhausted. She's just ambitious and just loves to work," Hardaway said. "What those other families are seeing is this villain who is projected on TV. What our family is seeing, is this person that we know, that is like two different people."

There is something fishy about this incident. I'm not say it's a "false flag" but why aren't the police releasing her statements on why she did it?

Maybe someone would have to request for it to be released if someone doesn't announce it through the news. I was thinking they're trying to make a case against her; not let anything be used against them in case they want to lock her up for good.

I highly suggest "they" ban cars! Or provide mental illness "training" to not drive your car on a "sidewalk". Better yet? To get off the sidewalk, when a car is being driven on/down it.

This chick was wrong, doing what she did.
