I never said scoop people up, put them on trains and send them back. That must be something you picked up from somewhere else.

NOBODY has said this. This what the far left wing propaganda is saying.

Bull#. This is what Trump said:

You’re going to have a deportation force. And your going to do it humanly.

Why would he need a deportation force if they weren't going to "scoop" people up? Also, why would he have to further expand to say that they would do it humanly?

It's not propaganda, it's exactly what he means.

I'm more convinced than ever that Donald is just carrying water for Bush.
Trump knows he can't get elected with out the minority/Hispanic vote and most women
think he is creepy. Without those two voting blocks...he's toast and stands no chance
of getting the GOP nomination.

Trump isn't serious about wanting to be president. He know exactly what he is doing though.

"it's the old rope a dope" scenario...

Your statement of criminals not having rights is just plain wrong. Hate to burst your bubble but they do and it is clearly laid out in the constitution.
More made up crap. I never said this.

Where does it say "scoop them up in trains and ship them back" in that sentence, I must have missed it.

"You’re going to have a deportation force. And your going to do it humanly."

Is it between two of the words?? I'm trying to blow the quote up in photoshop but I still don't see anything about trains...

Of course I'm being obtuse, but I think you're putting your own personal bias spin on the sentence itself. At the very least you have preconceived notions of something that hasn't happened yet and you could't possibly know about.

Your side claims there are too many people to deport and that its impossible. It's a favorite talking point of the pro-illegal crowd. Trump is saying he'll get it done with a force, as in a large amount of people.

You're right! They have the right to be in jail or deported.

I can't believe any american would want any group of people
to be here with no respect for our justice system. How can they even
have any respect for what america is supposed to stand for
when they use our laws like a welcome mat. It's pure insanity.

When someone says on a presidential level that they want to create a new "force" and that what they do will be done "humanly" in regards to illegal immigrants, I believe it's pretty obvious what he is saying.

If I may ask you a question, do you support Trump in this election?

Ya, that's where I have a problem with the idea.

Man I can just imagine it now.

In typical American Alphabet agency soup fashion.

Once your CIA,NSA,FBI,ATF, Local PD, DEA,TSA ect take the "cream" of your crop what brain dead vegetable will be left to fill the roles of this new agency?

Trump Immigration : "duhhhhh I'm Officer Immigration! derp derp I erm here to take you Mexicans back home derp derp."

Mexicans: " Senor why are you driving us north"

Trump Immigration "duhhhh cause Mexicans are from Canada derp derp"

For Trump to establish a governmental deportation force; it will take an act of congress....think that's gonna happen?
Increasing the size of government and spending all that money to send back all those cheap laborers that big corps use.
The Corps will shut this BS down so fast it will make your head swim. They own Congress btw....

Don't let your ideology get in the way of your common sense!

I say open the borders and let them all come and go as they please. The sooner we get the total destruction of the U.S., and our way of life over with, the better. Then we can focus on breadlines and survival, like the rest of the world is going to be doing, if things keep going the way they're going.

Truly an honor to engage with you my friend. Can't understand why you're unable to just be a human being to me. Getting to the point where you're violating T&C's.

We are in agreement then. The due process is you check them out. Are they legal and following the proper established channels? No? Then deportation is appropriate.

I never said scoop people up, put them on trains and send them back. That must be something you picked up from somewhere else.

Able to be a human being to you? Because I don't care if you called me a name and don't need an apology from you?

General advice: thicken your internet skin.

And good grief if you feel like I'm violating T&C there's a process for that; ALERT it don't scroll the screen taking away from the subject at hand talking about it.

If not, please take your own advice, leave the comments about me out of the discussion, and address the topic.

Due process under law isn't just to "check them out." Good grief again!

Deportation has many steps, and it’s complicated: from the initial notification, all the way to the removal order. If you’re in the removal process now, or might be subject to the process in the future, you should know some things about how the removal process works.

The Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), amended by the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (IIRAIRA) determine removal proceedings whether a nonUS citizen, or alien, should be deported, sent back to you home country, from the US.]Deportation and Removal

That's low-hanging fruit from Lawyers.com. LITERALLY the first thing that comes up in a Google search.

If you are offended by something I've said, honestly, I am sorry. I don't understand how you could be, as you're the one calling me names, then apologizing for it, then apparently being hurt that I didn't need an apology.

But, there you go. I hope that's all better now.

Do I like how Trump says what many are thinking. Yes.

Would I vote for Trump over the other Republicans, that has yet to be seen. I enjoy him for the spectacle that he is and the conversations he's made it okay to have on a public stage. That said he never really says in depth what he plans to do about anything. And he reminds me a lot of the Pawn Stars in how He "Knows a guy who's an expert on X" I'll have to hear more from everyone before I would ever say I'd support him.

I agree that a force to remove them will most likely not work without a boatload of problems. People will not just go peacefully, and then it'll start a whole thing.

I prefer trying something to punish people who've broken the law to rewarding them for breaking it any day though.

The next time you eat a piece of chicken; I can assure you that an illegal processed that bird for less than min. wage.

The Corporations will protect the illegals and reap the profits from their labor. It's Capitalism....

See any anglos working in the Corporate farms? I don't....

Or maybe just take the gloves off ICE which already exists. I don't want anyone rounded up per se. I just want the laws enforced. Make it difficult to actually work and survive without being a citizen. Drop some massive fines on employers for not checking. People will self deport. If someone is here illegally and they get caught up in the justice system, once it is determined that they are illegal (due process), send their azz back unless they are found guilty of commiting a crime that warrants jail time. Once sentence is served, send their azz back.

Trump knows something. I guarantee it.

He doesn't "sound" like the typical politician we are used to, so a lot of people tend to blow him off as a bunch of hot air. But, remember, he has networks and access, and information, which, in today's world is as valuable as gold.

Look what is happening in Europe. Look at the 2013/2014 trial run of illegal immigrants pouring in from our southern border here in the U.S. and being transported all over our country by bus. Then, pay attention to what happened afterward when our federal government sent representatives down to Honduras and other Latin American countries to sign people up for asylum-seeker status.

There is an agenda going on at an organizational level and on a global level. Why? Who is behind it? The UN?

The Wall sounds more and more like a good idea, albeit controversial. The Deportation Force sounds like a smart preventative measure, albeit controversial, as well.

In other words, Trump may have inside information and is not afraid to make the controversial hard decision to mitigate a massive problem, that once it is here, will be impossible to solve.

No...

It's the corporate Oligarchy that profits from cheap labor. It's the Capitalist essentially keeping profit and money in circulation...The bankers.

How are you going to address that power?

Trump is full of BS and he knows it. In fact he is part of the problem...how many illegals work in his casinos and other business ventures? plenty...

I'll believe him when he fires and deports his own hired help.

The naivety and ignorance of so many ATS members as to how the system works is truely astonishing!!

I wish they would just nominate Jeb.

Pretending someone else might get the nomination is getting tiring.

Which country do YOU live in? Because in the United States, we have this thing called "innocent until proven guilty". Oh, and the Fifth Amendment.

Oh what are you gonna do Einstien put every illegal immigrant into
the court system? Instead of court appointed field justices that can
assertain guilt immediately? On a bus gone!

What am I going to do? I'm not the one running for President on a platform of trying to get rid of all the illegal immigrants. Why should I come up with an alternative to Trump's unfeasible and idiotic plan against illegal immigration when I don't support it the first place?

I DAMN well don't support violating the Constitution to do it though. If you TRULY want to pursue this course of action, then your actions must be Constitutional. If that means tying up the courts to do it, then so be it. That's how our government is setup, and violating it because we find the people we are persecuting to be icky doesn't cut it.
