“The scientific community is telling us: if we do not address the global crisis of climate change, transform our energy system away from fossil fuels to sustainable energy, the planet that we’re going to be leaving our kids and our grandchildren may well not be inhabitable,” the Vermont Independent said during the first Democratic presidential debate in Las Vegas.

Here is the sad thing, as I see it... in all seriousness... no sarcasm; for once...
Climate change is a serious NON-ISSUE compared to the Middle-East. Syria, ISIS, Iraq, Iran, Russia... and we worry about a degree or two warmer a summer???
Here is a bigger question... Is "climate change" going to be fixed by a "nuclear winter"? We are sure as hell heading down that road...
"Climate change"?? Really?
Of the idiots, for the idiots, by the idiots...
Our founders would vomit...

Your biggest fear is nuclear war? The MIC is having adventures all over the place(Rochelle, Rochelle). Record amounts of money being funneled into weapons of war. Nonstop fighting and rebuilding everywhere..and the people who actually run this planet are making money hand over fist. Why would they mess that up by dropping nuclear weapons?
The only reason nations want nuclear weapons, or to keep the ones they have, is so that they are not invaded by other nations, NATO or the UN. No nation is itching to end the world(for no profit). That is the least likely scenario for mankind's end on this planet. IMO

OK... I am not sure what fumes that you may have been exposed to, however:
1. If you are near a window, open it IMMEDIATELY!
2. Breathe!
3. Turn off CNN immediately! You may have "Turner Classic Syndrome"... you believe that all disasters only happen in re-colorized black and white...
4. Reboot your computer in the following manner... stick a wet knife into the socket your machine is plugged into... to check for shorts...
5. When you see the bright flash on the horizon.... duck.
There's also a nuclear reactor near Biscayne Bay, Fl (Turkey Point, grew up relatively close to it (Homestead, Fl)) with an Air Force base within the same vicinity. Homestead Air Force Base being a reserve base, I imagine they'll relocate there. Not really worried about Turkey Point, still ample time to relocate.

I live in Jacksonville, Fl where one of our naval bases is stationed. Jacksonville's going to be partially submerged by 2050. After it floods, there obviously won't be a naval station.
So yeah, relatively threatening to national security.
