Is the idea of America a right wing conservative view and nothing else?

Like Merkel demanding military backing for the EU from the UK?
SHES a scientist you know.
Intelligence is relative when dealing with world politics.
We lost blood fixing so many socialist cesspools all over the world ,after Obama,I would say you haven't got a snowballs chance in HELL ,electing a self described socialist.
Unfortunately that means probably the 3rd Bush or a Corporate infiltrator.

I happen to disagree with Sanders on certain aspects of the firearm issue. Does that mean I should automatically dismiss anything else he says?

I don't think so.

Our 2nd amendment rights are not in danger and if/when someone comes after that right I will be shoulder-to-shoulder with you defending that right.

Sad thing is, I've already been part of that fight. But as our rights are continually eroded, I'm left standing alone as the 2nd amendment crowd only talks about the problem and does nothing.

Bernie Sanders. Worse than Isis?

Yep!

Really look how the cult of Sanders supporters try to 'burn' his critics at the stake.

Sanders represents the deification of the state, and they have already built their temples to worship Sanders.

Keep on fighting

Nothing to rethink. The gay had civil unions. Wasn't enough. Marriage is a religious concept. A heterosexual concept. More redefinition by the left.

Abortion? In some cases, fine by me. Using abortion as a form of birth control and expect me to pay for it?? NOPE. My money MY right.

Islam? It is a problem in the U.S.. Sharia law? Forget it. I notice you dump on the Christians but not on the Sharia law crowd...interesting.

DHS? War? Maybe. Hard to argue that one. Tell you what, get rid of those two and I will reconsider it....

again...Sanders isn't that bad. He's a guy with principles who has ideas. He doesn't take money from big corporations. How many candidates can you say that about. Seriously. Any? Except Sanders?

It doesn't mean I support everything he says but he's much, much better then the Alternatives for president. Cruz? Nope. Carson? Nope. Bush. Heck Nope. Clinton? Nope, Nope, Nope. Walker? A big fat Nope. Trump? No diplomacy so...nope. Rand Paul? Perhaps...he's the only one so far that's not a solid Nope.

So please tell me who's better than Sanders.

Of course not! I'm not saying he doesn't have a right to his views or the right to articulate them. So do I.

His comment on the founding of this nation and especially NOT saying anything else about it, anything positive, Is a screaming signal.

One acolyte suggests he's harmless. That kind of comment is anything but harmless. It is an outright dissing of this nation.

IMO, he's full of S**t and so is his politics.

What freedoms does any large, growing, encompassing government allow? Sanders certainly won't make government smaller, neither would Cruz, Bush, etc. for that matter. You champion someone that would make government bigger.

Marriage is a religious concept. A heterosexual concept. More redefinition by the left.

No it's not originally religion had nothing to do with marriage. Religion is only responsible for the rituals.

The word "marriage" derives from Middle English mariage, which first appears in 1250–1300 CE. This in turn is derived from Old French marier (to marry) and ultimately Latin marītāre meaning to provide with a husband or wife and marītāri meaning to get married. The adjective marīt-us -a, -um meaning matrimonial or nuptial could also be used in the masculine form as a noun for "husband" and in the feminine form for "wife". The related word "matrimony" derives from the Old French word matremoine, which appears around 1300 CE and ultimately derives from Latin mātrimōnium, which combines the two concepts: mater meaning "mother" and the suffix -monium signifying "action, state, or condition"

Also other cultures allowed homosexual marriage even some Native American tribes allowed it. Also homosexual marriage predates Christianity by at least a thousand years.

Islam? It is a problem in the U.S.. Sharia law? Forget it. I notice you dump on the Christians but not on the Sharia law crowd...interesting.

Where are all these groups crying for Sharia like the Christian groups we see crying that their religion should be the law?

Yep, the fight has been taken up and that movement has been slowed. Even the fast food chains aren't buying into it.

A number of states have banned Sharia law, although in some cases it was worded more diplomatically than 'sharia law'.

Although I'm not looking forward to an extra 10,000 refugees that are as demanding as the Europeans are putting up with..

That's cute. You talk as if supporters of any politician don't do that same thing. Pot, say ello to kettle.

Cheney is a bad man. Go!

But the rest of my post stands, you're funny if you think you and your camp don't have your own cults and die hard devotion of your political leaders.

What a ludicrous thing to say.
You falsely claim Sanders supporters are burning raping and killing and beheading people here in the US of A.

Care to retract that?

BS. First of all civil unions didn't work because they weren't the same as marriage and don't come with the same benefits as marriages do. Second, marriage is hardly a religious concept. Marriage was a issue of property and alliances between families. But goes back even longer than we have recorded history. It might be a heterosexual concept but I fail to see what difference that makes. Back on the religious note however, religious marriages come in many formats as well including polygamous, selling your daughters to highest bidder, forced marriage because of rape, etc. So it's not as though Religious ideals cleaned up marriage any from a biblical standpoint either.

Where is Sharia Law happening in the U.S.??? The closest I've seen to that is Christians imposing there form of theocracy.
