Very true Charlie
He'd probably be the only one sticking up for him.

That was just a quick copy paste that I pulled to illustrate a point, I am sure he has done more. I've heard of his philanthropy before

This is NOT a funny thread, but with everything being said within it....that was so needed. Thank you for a smile

By the looks of the plane, it seems he did a pretty damn good job of keeping it in one piece and managed to keep the nose up as best as he could... most likely with lack of any instrumental control.

Hope Mr Ford is as ok as possible, and heals quickly.

I think the fact that celebrity is more newsworthy than the "average Joe" is pretty simple.
We ALL "know" them. We're all connected to them on a certain level.
So we can feel sad, or happy, or mourn them together.

And this is one popular dude..so yeah it's a popular story.

Please be decent.

I recognise it from the game war thunder...where is ATS's aircraft expert Zaphod when you need him.

They said that it was a VERY tricky landing because of all the trees. 50+ years experience shows. So glad, it could have been much worse. They said MANY houses are close by.

Planes leave the airport over the golf course. It is said that the plane was pointed back toward the airport, as if he turned back.

per news.

Still can't get over the fact that the guy told the reporter there was a "Solo occupant"...

Meaningless I know, yet somehow, not!

Strange Universe.

We're told Ford suffered multiple gashes to his head and was bleeding. Two doctors who happened to be at the golf course rushed over to treat the actor. Read more: www.tmz.com...

Imagine that, doctors on a golf course, who would have thunk it?

This right here tells me that it's a false flag. Doctors ALREADY on the scene. How convenient.

May the force...

Wait.

May the schwartz be with you!

A reporter trying to be funny that's who.

It's a PT-22 Recruit. Used for pilot training in the 1930s and 40s.

Looks like he did a good job of setting her down. Guess he has a lot of practice after flying that deathtrap Millennium Falcon..actually doesn't he crash at least one mode of transportation in each of his movies?

Glad to hear he's doing ok! He's one of the better actors out there and i can't wait for Bladerunner II.

I've been lurking since page one. Harrison was one of my many teen crushes growing up. I sincerely hope he pulls through on this. With his age, injuries take longer and longer to heal. He's not a young bird like he used to be. Though, still a cute bird.

I thought it was the paramedic/firefighter that said it...

Although...
Wouldn't surprise me if it was just a dig, being TMZ.
