A plan was put into operation as far back as the 1920's to usurp the naive but useful liberal movement in the US as a means to eventually make it over into a socialist paradise.

The masterplan is designed to accomplish this goal over a decades long time frame by incrementally effecting change to the point freedom is thought of as a bad trait deserving nothing but scorn from society as freedom loving people are made out to be of a nazi like persuation................

Once the independent thinking peoples are ostracized by the naive but duped prolitariat of liberal action groups created just for this purpose, then the passage of thought controlling laws will be possible. The restrictions on thought will be tightened to the point anyone not in support of the socialist ideal will be easily and without controversy sent to re-education camps where they can be made productive but under strict control.

Golly I think I like this fiction stuff -Gives me a soft spot for the old Stalin days if ya know what I mean.

What I have written above is as plausible as a nazi american future, the author of the original article obviously has read too many Turtledove type books.

The only difference is I included nothing that would appear to be factual in respect to the site owners ideal.

I do have to salute if only for the high entertainment value contained in the article.

To be technical, so far the U.S. government is turning towards FASCISM in the Mussolinian sense of an effective merger of the government and the corporations. Nazism has the meaning of National Socialism, and it would take a long time to discuss the extreme deviations of that meaning with what Hitler actually engineered.

The internationalization of commerce by multinationals lends a distinctly Roman tenor to the current situation, too.

Then again, Mussolini and Hitler were close allies and so were Fascism and Nazism.
