Nice, you said what I wanted say.

Forcing her to have sex is also known as rape. Why can't the Mirror call it what it is?

I do not necessary think it "stinks" that "these women" all settled out of court ... One cap does not fit all
By which I mean ... it does not necessarily mean the women you speak of were only after money.

For one thing if they did not have a good case why would those accused settle out of court

But mostly I speak from my own experience of bringing a case before a Barrister ... my evidence was water tight.
The case not only showed police corruption at a high level but also collusion with my city council, my solicitor but also a government body ... Ombudsman

Why did I settle out of court you may ask ...

1. My solicitor refused to represent me if I went forward with the case ... it is common knowledge that many solicitors fix the outcome of a court case between themselves ... I speak from actual experience

2, What decided me to quit this prosecution was that a friend/witness's young daughter was threatened
I did not mind my own safety but would not put any others at risk

I had a shotgun put in my face literally

So all is not as black and white as you seem to believe

The age of consent is really the issue here…

Hmm... I didn't realize there was an age of consent to be raped.

How is the issue age of consent? How does that relate to being pimped out to royalty and other elite sickos? How?

To be honest, I`m not a lover of the royal family.......at ALL.
I could go on but I wont....
The thing is, as a lot on here have pointed out......its allegations.

From the Scotsman newspaper, March 2011.

PRIME Minister David Cameron has tried to rally support for Prince Andrew, amid signs that the government is split over whether he should remain as a British trade envoy.
The prince has come under pressure because of his links with the billionaire paedophile Jeffrey Epstein. The American financier was sentenced to 18 months in prison in 2008 for soliciting a minor for prostitution.

So you're right, he knew all about Epstein and chose to remain friendly with him.

I don't know about anyone else but if I found out one of my friends was a pedophile I would not associate with that individual any longer. No questions asked. Hell, if I found out my own brother was a pedophile I would disown him...after beating his ass.

You make such a good point, and I'm genuinely sorry to read your post. There are a myriad of reasons why women and young people will settle/be persuaded to settle for money and it infuriates me when I see people call them 'greedy' or think it's suspicious or they're just in it for the money.

Every case is unique.

Hope things are going well for you now. I didn't want to leave your post unacknowledged, it takes guts to write things like that.

I know, I know, it stinks. How could you take a drink with a man like that -and I use the term in it's loosest sense -, how do you look him in the eye and laugh and joke with him knowing what he does and how he treats others?

They make me sick.

Because you play for the same damn twisted team. I can honestly fathom no other reason.

I WILL REPEAT DOWN HERE IN CASE YOU DONT UNDERSTAND:

RAPE IS RAPE.

The whole story and article it self is a flop right now, the only part that is sketchy is that he hangs out with a sex offender.

They all do, Savile was great friends with Charles and spent many a week with him at Savile's remote cottage in Scotland. Savile was the go between for the Royals and Diana when their marriage broke down.

Savile was introduced to the Royal family through Louis Mountbatten. What connections did they have to come to meet in the first place?

Yet 99.9 percent of kids have had sex by 16 let alone 17 lol. This is a non story unless she can prove it. Sounds like another chic trying to get money if you ask me. This day and age its too easy to get help if she thought she was not a willful participant.

I think one of the major issues in this report is that the word "rape" is categorically avoided. I can not fathom the reason. A sex slave, by very nature, is not consenting.

Also...Character assassination attempts on the victim are in the poorest of taste.

A 15 year old girl IS a child under legislation. She is still considered vulnerable because she is not considered to have the emotional maturity to have informed consent.

That may be true but I have heard of mature 15 year olds dressed to the nines's with fake ID's going after 35 year old men to brag and put a notch in their belt, they know exactly what they are doing, there the type that will go into porn at 18.
They ain't being raped, but yes they are in the minority.
If a guy is in a bar/club he has a reasonable expectation that the women are ID'd at the door.
Fake ID's can be used even if the guy asks for it to make sure he isn't going after jail-bait.
I knew girls in middle school who were bragging about getting on with 25 year olds, they were way underage too.
One in particular looked 20 when she was 14, she clubbed and did the belt notch thing, guys her age stayed away from her, because they knew.
I don't defend the immoral nature of all this, but it is what it is, and these teens aren't always so innocent, and they are deceiving the older men.

Totally agree there - many people at the time are willing, it's only after when they sobre guilt or paranoia of a bad name sets in... of course there are times where illegal activities do happen, unfortunately, but let's not get the two confused, as so many do.

In this specific case, i don't know the whole story, lets just hope justice prevails, which ever form that may be.

The girl was 17 (not pedophilia) and your link doesn't offer any evidence, it just makes a claim.

Thats all news to me, where is the UK Legislation that says this?

Sorry mate but its rape, plain as!

No. If there is no force or manipulation, then it is not rape.

Conservatives are psychos.

Yeah, well, try explaining that to me if such a thing were to occur to my little one down the road.....

what is manipulation when you are dealing with an immature 17 year old CHILD who has had too many drinks? In my opinion......simply looking at her wrong.

Thank you for illustrating my point.

I have the required frontal lobes necessary to know that my daughter is going to want to have sex, like all other human beings.

You can continue living in your bubble of self-delusion, though.
