There is nothing going on at 0:20. Certainly no ice crystals.

At 0:26 a bright object moves from bottom to the rame to right of the frame, and another one (but much dimmer) makes a run at the opposite side a few seconds later in the video.

The stars pattern changes at around 0:37 - the last part of the video the one with the second object) was taken later.

edit:

The sun's reflection on the solar panel forms no glare, whereas the UFO's forms a brutal glare with vertical lines.

The two glares do not match - possible tampering.

The year is 2014 and our space station has a security camera from 1990.

Yep, ice crystals/space junk.

@20 seconds looks like a metallic object rotating which catches the same light source as the metallic solar panel strut that exhibits a very similar light reflection throughout the video.

I would say that the one at 40 sec from right to left is ice crystal, it does'nt pulsate.
Now the one at 20 sec does pulsate so we have 2 different enigma's.
That makes this interesting footage...

If its an enigma what do you make of that giant straight line type thing that glows throughout the video.
Look at it- it's right in the middle of the solar panel strut.

Actually I meant 0:39, not 0:29 (I have already edited my post).

Typo, I'm on a rubbish phone - the "2" was right next to the "3".

Arrgh.

Once again clear proof of intelligence in space. (And not too much down here on Earth judging by some of the replies in this thread lol)

Why can it not be a micrometeorite? A debris of some sort?

I made my comment at youtube:

CHauserable2 - "Could you supply approximate dates on your clips so they can be corrolated with other ISS sightings on the same dates ?"

He could but he won't, and by now we all can guess why. No date, no time, no witness ID or commentary, not even illumination conditions [day or night?]. Putting the event in context of spacecraft activities that might explain it is the LAST thing he's interested in doing. After all, why risk the chances of somebody actually explaining the event?

Someone saw Avatar's special effects and decided to post a video about something conveniently happening over some place in Siberia, far from any english-speaking witnesses.

No seriously, why do you think it's a hoax? and how would that be achieved on the video which is shown?
Just watched it again, I don't see cgi in this, explain how you do?
No way is that video a hoax, probably ice crystals, but not a hoax.

Reminds me of an STS video of ice crystals.
