Israel media war - on ATS as well??? Are we infilitrated?

To understand this conflict and the media reaction to it you have to understand a couple of different things.


For one, people talk a lot about how the Koran condones jihad and violence, but what about the Jewish scriptures? Look at the Christian Old Testament for an example. The Jews are regularly commanded by God to invade neighboring tribes and exterminate everyone in them, for example when they enter their "promised land" after the Exodus. Remember that the Jews never got the "love your neighbor as yourself" stuff from Jesus. That's only in the Christian Bible.

For two, Israelis today see themselves as besieged on all sides by enemies and feel as though they are in survival mode. Some Israeli general famously remarked that Israeli's military posturing has to be over-the-top in terms of aggression in order to convince would-be enemies from testing them.

For three, western (European) powers created the Israeli state, after taking land from Arabic nations. European powers have been trying to install a kingdom in Jerusalem ever since the crusades, for whatever reason. This isn't the first time western powers have created a western-backed nation around Jerusalem. I can't tell you why they do this, only that this is what they do and apparently what they support.


And yes, there is a Jewish "internet defense" organization.
