As barbaric as it is no doubt ..that's our perspective ..
That's what different cultures are all about .. our culture and lifestyle is not the universal norm ..and we have our own fair share of barbarism as well ..manifesting in different ways ..
For them .. it's a normal outcome .. they've been at it for a long long time ..they grew up in that lifestyle and know the consequences ..

If we can't accept and respect differences between our own species .. how would we ever accept any drastic differences from an extra terrestrial species ..should they land tomorrow ..

There may be some places indeed. However, I can post many articles that report the killing of Christians in Muslim countries if I need to. They were killed specifically for their beliefs.

I don't understand how you can sit here and justify this (unless you agree with it).

This is a disgusting human rights violation and has nothing to do with "culture" or the way a society treats pregnancy outside of marriage. The pig father didn't receive enough money from the daughter's would-be husband, so he hid behind his religion and called it an "honor killing." IMO, anyone who justifies this type of behavior isn't much different in my eyes, kind of like all the people who just sat around and watched this go on (including the girl's fiancé! Disgusting.)

List of countries that signed the Declaration
Pakistan signed it. They admit the woman had a BASIC HUMAN RIGHT to marry who ever she wished; to have a family as she wished; to leave her religion if she wished; and to express herself and her opinion as she wished.

Some Islamic countries had a melt down that women would actually have their basic human rights acknowledged and legally guaranteed, so they came up with their own alternate version. It incorporates Sharia law, which of course means that no one gets their basic human rights at all. It's all taken away. Found here . It's like an shadowy evil twin to the United Nations document .. really takes away basic equal rights instead of affirms them.

This is beyond tragic. For all the people claiming things like "If she was shot I bet there wouldn't be a news story" You're probably right.

There isn't much pain involved when someone shoots you in the head. I'm guessing there is quit a bit of agony having rocks and bricks thrown at you until death.

All because you can't chose who you want to marry? Yeah, that sounds logical.

If someone is found to harm their own family here in the states, they are nearly instantly deemed with a mental illness and taken into custody as "criminally insane".

I think the entire Islamic faith is "criminally insane" and should be treated as such.

But that would be picking something they do as norm. I mean, what if a culture that does not kill intruders that invade people's homes? but in america its norm to shoot kill an intruder.

Should people bash all Americans because they kill intruders? where as some culture doe snot kill even if the person is there to steal?
