I'm getting a black screen when I click on the OP link, maybe this info has gone semi-viral from different sources and can't take the volume (or am I wrong about their server strength, maybe it's gigantic).

wow, just saw my very short post with 3 spelling errors from this morning, and it is too late to fix...I must have been really tired!!

I got this new keyboard several months ago, lights up and the keys are a little bigger, but I still make a lot of mistakes with it, like my fingers are still used to the spacing of the old one.

seeing the smithsonian like that is really neat!

Does the tour include the backroom, areas too the ones that are full with items that...don't fit?

Those are the artifacts i'd really like to take a 360 tour of.

Thanks for the link.

Thank you!!!!! As I will probably never get the chance to go to the Smithsonian in person, this is a wonderful. The detail is amazing, I have had a quick wander through the minerals, crystals and rocks...gorgeous...I look forward to a much more leisurely stroll around the exhibits in the very near future so I can lose myself for a few hours.

You've put a great big grin on my face. Love it

Thank you so much for sharing this site! I visited the Smithsonian 'way back in 1969; some friends & I were on a 2-day trip, & we couldn't see nearly as much as we wanted to in one afternoon visit.
This is the next best thing to being there... thanks again!

Combine it with Google Earth and you can simulate a drive to the museum!

Wheres the bathroom though?

On a more serious note, this is great and I hope other museums do something similar. Nice find.
