The new rules will allow for self navigation, which will make things interesting. Some international routes allow for a little leeway for course changes, but they're still supposed to talk to controllers. They could get away with just about anything in international airspace if they wanted to though, with the lack of radar data until now.

Yes, do tell us! I thought you said you were a ramp rat. Now you've told us you're riding with the president! Which is it? Is it classified?

Knew the right people at the right time. The stewards and secret service guys had all worked with my father and knew him pretty well, so he'd get us on them whenever they came through.

Used to love when they did. I almost got to ride on one when they had to taxi check it, but the previous security detail had just left, and they didn't have anyone that could escort me during the check.

Can't you recognize the constantly changing stories.

I will go as far as saying this... If there is a cover-up or a conspiracy, it is compartmentalized inside the Malaysian Gov't only. It goes no farther than that in my opinion.

Malaysian Airlines profits were in the red and the company was being begged to go bankrupt as of just last month, despite still offering award winning passenger service.

That tells me that they were probably taking steps to save money and/or make money off the records.

So I assume they were laying off senior high-paid employees & moving towards cheaper less experienced employees. And they were probably cutting back on the #'s of behind-the-scenes workers as well, i.e. maintenance, luggage, etc. And maybe they were transporting illegal and/or prohibited materials on the certain flights to make extra $$$'s.

If you look at just that, a lot of motives or accidents can be extrapolated or imagined w/o having to try and twist in some other countries involvement.

Now I will admit I was highly skeptical of the Ocean Shield sailing directly to the ping search area before pings were reportedly detected. I even had the thought that Aus. may have shot down a ghost-plane. But I have come to think the British sub that was in the area before the Ocean Shield arrived, probably picked up something and relayed it to Aussie Officials.

But again this is just my take.

I said I went on them, not that I flew on them.

Theoretically. Realistically, probably not. Four at a time, two escorts, no bags, no cameras, no electronics.

We used to have some great pictures of us on the stairs though. And lots of souvenirs.

The problem there is the 777 doesn't do "low and fast". And it would have to be a lot lower than 5,000 feet to avoid radar, depending on where the antenna is.

With nothing more than coincidences a false-flag is quite a big leap...

Let me ask you a few questions? Where is Gen. McInerney? Why hasn't he been screaming BS? How come he hasn't outed his Boeing sources?

He was sure this thing landed in Pakistan but from what I have seen, he hasn't made a peep since they pings were detected.

I brought this up back in week 2, when he first started running his lets gear up on Pakistan thoughts. I asked was he going to come out and call the world leaders liars and say they were in a conspiracy or was he going to just fade away when his rhetoric was proven untrue.

All I currently hear is crickets.

"All i hear is confusion"

I so so hope we all find out - without any lies or doubt that its just been a horrible accident and the wreck is found, and yes possibly (i kno its hard and painfull) but bodies.

But it needs a Fully Independent investigation folks for transparency and neautral truth, its just no good - how can it be an un deniable fact without that?

Im not siding or portioning blame(im just an aircraft spotter) but i do have good gut feelings.

My phone is acting up today.

It was about the time my mother got pictures of Prince Charles and Lady Diana when they went to Hawaii.

demus
guys, sorry but I was thinking maybe you would like to see this video about the missing plane.

like the guy or not, I don't care.

His overall message in 10 minutes video holds more truth than 400 pages all of you made on topic.

For all the research and investigation, I respect you, but you are not closer to the truth now than you've been on page 1.

What does that tell us?

the video is a rant and he was trying to offer his view - he managed to do so.

and you know what?

it is refreshing!

at least he is not regurgitating what the news media said.
