Speaking for myself, I just want to say thanks for the translation help you may be able to offer. This is one of the things I love most about ATS. Something could happen in an obscure corner of Earth and someone will pop up here close enough to give a thumbnail sketch of events, at least. In a major thing like this? "Our nation has to ask the question who were the killers, who asked them to come to Ukraine. We need good answers on the basis of expertise."
Mr Paet's assertion that an opposition figure was behind the Maidan massacre was not one she could share.
"I think you can only say something like this on the basis of fact," she said. "Its not correct and its not good to do this. It should be based on fact."
She said the new government in Kiev had assured her a criminal investigation had begun but that she had not direct contact with it so far.
"They told me they have begun a criminal process and if they say that I believe them. The police have not given me any information on it."

Yes, but let's not forget about the attack that happened last night on Ukraine's telecommunications. Unless that has been dismissed and I didn't read about it, it's not a coincidence that this report about snipers being hired by the opposition appears the following day.

The scary part of all this, is that we can't tell lies from truth. Just a couple of weeks ago, we could see moves from governments and they were visible, the reason why they were done was the part to figure out.

Regarding the LiveLeak video: yeah, that's definitely an AR-pattern rifle. That said, ARs are fairly available in Europe, with several companies in central-eastern Europe manufacturing them, not to mention a number of M4s exported to Georgia. Wild guess, this one's probably a LUVO Arms model made in the Czech Republic (based on what I can see of the stock). In any case, it's not what you'd expect to see government forces in a former Com-Bloc country to be using. The Ukrainian army use Soviet-derivative weapons like AK-74s, not ARs.

`It is extremely regrettable that phone calls are being intercepted,’ said Paet. ’The fact that this phone call has been leaked is not a coincidence,’ added Paet.
