You are giving a very good definition of a "power" crime - one that comes from complete inability to function in an adult manner - to hurt people who are "powerless" to defend themselves - just like killing and torturing small animals.

The mentally ill do not rape - the catholic church is the seat of satanism in the world - rape is a "power" crime - taking power from victimizing the "powerless".

Do rapists attempt to "rape" people who are bigger and more armed than they are? Able to defend themselves? Of course not, they go for the weak and easily "over-powered".

If cutting of their equipment isnt enough then perhaps a hand would do as well.
I recently saw a video where a thief tried to steal a motorcycle from a gang in Brazil and his hand was chopped off. Yeah it was pretty sick.. thats Liveleak for you.

Africa is pretty rapey, I don't think it has to do with either of those, more like a below average intelligence thing…

Some of you think I'm being racist, I'm not, it's reality. You can add that the meddling of corporate America has bred this climate over there, worse even than colonial rule, but your leaders sell you out, Africa sold out worse than any other continent.

China is in a close second with pollution and past mass opium poisoning, but rapey rapey always wins.



Note: When I say below average intelligence I mean things like, not developing fully mentally, not realizing things like confidence, security in oneself, getting rid of insecurities. Not saying a specific race is inferior. However, the conditions in Africa make it pretty damn hard for anyone to succeed.

Im with you, and as a black person myself, it is pretty painful to think about. But you gotta think on a deep level here, and do your research. Look past the crappy, one sided brainwashing history lessons taught to you in school.

ALL civilizations enslaved and sold each other, ALL. North American Indians, Celtics, Britons, Germanics, Aztecs, Incas, Mayans, Vikings; they all went to war with anyone close to them, and captured all the losers, brought them back to their villages, and made them do all their sh** for them. They sold and traded off said enemy losers ally tribes and villages.

Then the Africans sold my Africans is nowhere near the amount of Africans TOOK when the Europeans saw how trusting and technologically primitive the Africans were. So they invaded.

European powers have been stripping the continent for it's resources ever since, and has never left. Africa has never had a chance to truly learn how to govern itself, without any outside control. The men that has sold out their own African people you mention? They were supported and funded by U.S. and European powers. Anybody who was or is for the people are never even able to make any lasting progress when they are suppressed by ruling colonial powers and the greedy, evil men that those ruling colonial powers have propped up. They have propped up the worse, most selfish, most evil men who care nothing for the people, and are loyal to only money, and the white masters that give it to them. They are willing to let European and U.S. corporations and government interests do absolutely ANYTHING they want to the nations of the continent, just as long they get served a little piece of what they take.

You see all these countries in Africa? Made by whites. You see all these different tribes and the resulting warfare and bloodshed because of tribal pride and ancestry? Formed by whites. They had control of the continent, and made sure to keep the people uneducated, ignorant, and divided. After centuries of whites propping up the lowliest and greediest to run the countries they made up, society has broken down. No morals, No humanity. What we see today is the result. The Europeans have created a dog eat dog environment, and they give money and covert support to the biggest, nastiest, most snarliest Dog they can find.

Sorry, but Africa and it's rapiness is the result of Europeans working through the power and command of Satan.

I completely agree with you - and just watch as the USA is divided and financially supported in the worst cases to complete the corrupt divide - with no morals, no humanity, no common sense - that the rest of the world has been devalued into -

To you and me,yes,we would both feel ashamed to look in the mirror knowing we had to force or somehow coerce some one into having sex with us-i know exactly what you mean,I totally get it-but there are many millions for whom rape does not even reach that level of contemplation.

To them,it it is a crime of "entitlement" because of their arrogance,their lack of any feeling+compassion towards others.
As in "I can make you submit to my will" I am sure most rapists Can get a date/many Do have women willing to have sex with them,are even married or in relationships-so it's my opinion that sexual desire is secondary,if present at all-in many if not most rape cases.

Another reason I say this-in the racial hate murders occurring so often in my country,where the victims are tortured +then brutally killed,rape is almost in every case,a part of the torture.I do not see these evil murderes feeling an ounce of sexual desire for those they are raping-how do you feel sexual desire foer a person of a race you hate so much that you are in the process of torturing them+stealing their very lives-exterminating them?

No,there are doubtlessly cases round the world where occasionally plain old lust was the motivation for the rape-but imo those are Vastly in the minority,the "power trip" from subjugating some one else to your will-to add insult to injury-to Hurt,THAT is,imo,the core motivation for rape.

You do make an excellent point there,Boncho-society at its core-societies globally needs to be healed,and educated at its CORE,from within,proper basic values need to be taught as sacred above any+all religions,one of the basics being that to take out your own misery+fury with life and your circumstances on others, creates a domino effect of misery and anger.

If you care to read my post properly, you will see I acknowledge it is, in most cases, a power crime. But yes, mentally ill people do rape (in fact, in many rape cases in the West there is some degree of mental disturbance which leads to the personality problems which leads to the crime) and commit other crimes as well, so you can't just cart blanche cast everyone in the same mould.

There is also an element of cultural influence involved - take the example of the US prison system compared to say, the UK. In a UK prison, you would be extremely unlucky to be the victim of a sexual assault by another inmate, whereas in a US prison, it is common place.

You seem to have a totally black and white outlook in life, which is just plain stupid. Unless you can acknowledge and understand there are many reasons why things happen, you will never solve anything and simply punishing people punitively without consideration as to the why these events happen will lead nowhere.

As for the Catholic Church being a "seat of Satanism", it's neither here nor there really. That is just your opinion and to be honest, quite bigoted. I could imagine you're some sort of evangelical Protestant who likes to claim pretty much everything that doesn't fit their narrow world view is Satanic, like Harry Potter for example! I bet it has never occurred to you that maybe Satan or even God doesn't even exist, such is your viewpoint.

With a victim coming along with the ones who arrested the rapist as in "citizens arrest" I don't think that would count as kidnapping the perpetrator-and here in SA the quality+efficiency of the police force has deteriorated so badly in the past 20 years-that a certain way to get the cops to actually attend to the crime,is to go to the cops with victim+perpetrator,to the actual police station.I cannot speak for other African countries,but if you want to do some reading on the situation here,you will find that one of the biggest complaints from the general public is that,unlike a few decades ago,a crime being committed is not always a guarrantee that the cops will come,and definitely not in time to stop any ongoing criminal act-our police and justice system has deteriorated from 1st to 3rd world in the span of 20 years.

There are things the Europeans(white man) Can be blamed for in regard to Africa-and things they are innocent of.Such as tribal warfare-that has existed,among all tribes,all over the world,since the dawn of mankind.And Africa is no exception-when the white man came to Africa,he found tribal warfare+faction fighting,like it has always existed here,as everywhere else.
In my own country which has been under black ANC rule for 20 years,for most of the population nothing has improved,unfortunately-in fact the deterioration in just about every sphere overseen+managed by the current admin has deteriorated+crime levels have skyrocketed to turn this countr into the murder capitol of the world.

In my country too,rape is endemic among the prison population,like in the US-quite frankly I thought it was a general problem in prisons all over the world-i did'nt know that the UK was an exception.I wonder why it is the exception there,other than the rule,considering that the global prison pop is mostly made up of people with violent tendencies,and the subculture seems to include intimidation,rape,smuggling,assaults against each other by inmates,and of course in-prison murder?
Well one learns something new every day,I find this curious.

I heard about this through Avaaz and the msm. Petition signed and email sent. Sadly I do not have high hopes for a more appropriate response by law enforcement. Even in my own country rape is not given the kind of attention and outrage it should be.

In this day and age of us trying to find new and civil ways of going about punishing or rehabilitating people who commit such acts, while there has been some success it seems to all just go in circles. In this case, and in that place you live harsher and stricter penalties for such crimes would probably be best. ie an eye for an eye. And no! I dont mean rape the rapers or create more situations or places were such acts go untold such as prisons, such things are generally in many instances just part of the problem. What I mean is death.

Problem solved, at least to a degree if you were to line them up and execute them, and it would bring home into there minds that this # is serious, and has serious consequences, making them cut grass does absolutely nothing to solve this issues on any scale, and if the government does not take it serious and does not do something about it...Well what use are they then? May as well go back to the law of the jungle, and let things sort themselfs out I am quite sure the victims family may have a thing or two to say or do to them. Seems even people from the village found out who some of them were and brought them to the police, they may as well just have skipped the middlemen then if the police and government in question do nothing about it.

I am not going to go into drawing comparisons from the past or what exactly is rape, or seeing that it's a tool for control or a sexual thing, or both, or whose peoples, or tribe has done what or when. While nice and dandy and as much fun it is to argue about such things, none of that matter much now, and not especially to the victim, that is not the issue. The issue is that nothing is being done about this particular rape crime.

I do believe that if you start making it a serious matter and you were to give the death sentence for such crimes, sooner or latter at the very least you will whittle these sort of things down, its a simple equation really. You have a bunch of people who think they can go around raping other people. So you get rid of them. And eventually you will have a lot less people who think they can go around raping people, and who knows they may even start to think twice about doing such acts, and yes they will also start thinking about doing them in other new more sanctioned ways. But that and all the other issues which will creep up and are around, issues like the situations, environment and backdrops which creates and helps sustain rapey societies will and can be handled in there due time. For now though while nice to keep in mind all the other things going on behind the scenes, you got to take this sort of thing on a case by case basis.

And if sending emails or tweets to those in the seats able to do something. Go for it... If not. It may be time to get some new people to be in charge who will.

I do support Liz, and hope she is able to live through the horror and pain to be taken so violently and without love or tenderness, by multiple dudes. For her to be in a wheelchair means that they was so rough and brutal, that they probably broke her pelvic bones or something. That will drive me to HUNT AND KILL, slowly, all involved, despite the Lord not wanting this, and for good reason...

Tribal warfare and slavery as spoils of war has been underway amongst ALL civilizations, advanced and primitive, since the beginning. True. But what Europeans are NOT innocent for is the severity and reasons of this warfare. Tribes fought over control of land, resources, and just pure ego and badassery, like everybody else on earth. Now with the involvement and control of Europeans, the number of tribes exploded out of nowhere when colonists divided natives into little cliques, and cultivated into them a culture and mindset that they are separate, different, superior, pure compared to those losers over there. They also divided the continent up into countries to add to the confusion and separation, and cultivated the same tribal mindset within people living within those boundaries. So now now you have this violent clusterfu** of countries fighting countries, and tribes fighting tribes within and outside those countries. those countries.

The African National Congress? That is an example of what I was speaking of before. The ANC is greedy, selfish, destructive party that is supported and appointed by Europe and Israel, and the U.S. Them being comprised of black Africans gives the illusion that native Africans have control of the country, BUT THEY DO NOT. They take orders form their white masters, it just doesn't look that way. Whites continue to hold the most of the wealth in the continent, especially south Africa, and blacks continue to live in squalor, poverty, and constant warfare and fighting, resulting in the worst cutthroat and vicious individuals doing things like this. The ANC makes sure to keep there own people in poverty with little to no opportunity or space to improve, then they LET the criminal population of the poor blacks commit whatever crimes they want, without the possibility of any dire consequences.

So what happens from this? we have whites who scream that the ANC and Nelson Mandela HATES whites, and wants to murder them all. They say that black people are naturally savage, and need whites to govern them, or they'll continue to murder and rape everyone in sight. Even plenty of poor blacks in Africa recognize that the ANC is not there to govern justly, but works, through a deceptive proxy screen, for Europeans and Israel and the U.S. per their instructions.

There is a reason why these men only have to cut grass after raping a young girl into a wheelchair. Divide and conquer... anger whites enough that they all call for direct colonial rule like the old days.

You think that Mugabe got to rule Rhodesia/Zimbabwe by himself? Nope.
