I hope mother nature treats you kindly. Sometimes she can be a bit bitchy though. I lost everything in 2010 due to a flood so I know what She can do.
Can I suggest you put 'Update thread' in the title, we could probs use one of those to report on the Storm as it happens and in the aftermath!
