LoL

There is three years of history in this thread.

And as to "me go", I answered that on the first page.
So you must have missed the other 22 pages of discussion.

LOL, no, you are advocating boots on the ground.

Step out of the floating battle fortress, grab a gun and push holes in people.

Join a private contractor out of Turkey and go.

Air conditioning and 3 meals a day while pushing buttons is not the same as desert air, 1 MRE, and being in the middle of a civil war.

You cant get captured and tortured on a boat.

I think you know where I am going with this.

YOU PHYSICALLY GO.

Put YOUR boots on the ground.

May have missed soooo much by not giving the whole thread a careful read.

We could really have used you on our side,

but if you don't want to know,

then you don't want to know.

An Aid convoy in Aleppo,

just got bombed.

According to local activists in Aleppo, the 25 truck humanitarian aid convoy was traveling through the town 'Urum Al-Kubrah, when it was struck by either Syrian or Russian jets on Monday night.

www.almasdarnews.com...

So the Aid trucks, have been waiting to enter Aleppo since before Russia drove tanks across the border.

The trucks were finally let through, a few minutes before the cease fire ended...

Iran says Turkey must cease military operations in Syria.

As days passed and Turkey’s intention to establish a longtime presence in Syria became clearer, however, Tehran changed its tone. Qassemi himself argued that the fight against terrorism “cannot and should not be used as a justification for violating the territorial integrity of another country by conducting military operations against that country without coordination with its central government, and by overlooking its national sovereignty.” He continued by stating that “the expansion of conflicts in the north of Syria will result in more killings of innocent civilians. The Turkish military must immediately stop its operations in Syria.” Alaeddin Borujerdi, the head of the Majlis’ National Security Committee, dismissed the value of Turkey’s interventions, confronting it with the effective efforts of Iran, Russia and Syria in coordinating their policies on the conflict over the past year. The Iranian media also stressed Turkey’s “double standards in relation to terrorist groups,” accusing the country of fighting against “the domination of Islamic State terrorists and Kurds in northern Syria through supporting terrorist forces known as the Free Syrian Army.”

"In a surprising visit, a Chinese military delegation conferred with Syrian Defense Minister Fahad Jassim al-Freij over engagement of Chinese fighter jets in bombardments of terrorist groups' positions in Syria, mainly in Aleppo," Debka file quoted a military analyst as saying.

This is not a picture of a Chinese Drone operating in Syria.

Not a picture of the drone that hit the Aid Convoy.

There was no drone, that hit the convoy.

And there absolutely was no
Chinese Drone in Syria.

US probes 'IS chemical shell attack' on American troops in Iraq

www.bbc.com...

A Pentagon official told reporters that a “tar-like black oily substance” was found on the shell, which landed within the base hundreds of yards from U.S. forces. An initial test for the agent was positive, but “could be false," the official said. The second test was negative, possibly because the shell had been exposed to the elements.

No one was injured in the attack and there were “no signs of exposure” shown by any U.S. troops, including the two soldiers who inspected the shell. Two to four soldiers who were near the shell received full decontamination treatment.

“The Russian warships fired three Caliber missiles at the foreign officers’ coordination operations room in Dar Ezza region in the Western part of Aleppo near Sam’an mountain, killing 30 Israeli and western officers,” the Arabic-language service of the Russian Sputnik news agency quoted battlefield source in Aleppo as saying on Wednesday.”

“The Russian warships stationed in Syria’s coastal waters targeted and destroyed a foreign military operations room, killing over two dozen Israeli and western intelligence officers.

Several US, Turkish, Saudi, Qatari and British officers were also killed along with the Israeli officers. The foreign officers who were killed in the Aleppo operations room were directing the terrorists’ attacks in Aleppo and Idlib”.”

And we create another failed state giving rise to another more sinister terrorist organisation. Unless we stay and pour trillions of dollars into it and rebuild the country after we have destroyed it.

Demanding military actions is foolish.

Learned helplessness.

Before they became refugees,
many people prayed that America _would_ take over their country.
It is the half hearted, twisting in the wind, main stream media,
that never lets us finish anything we start. Since WW2, anyway. We really finished that one. In Germany we have a base, never left, and there
has been peace between the European States ever since.

====================
Additionally,
A more nuanced read of this 3 year old, 23 page thread,
may reveal to the reader that my approach is unique,
and not that far off from the readers own feelings.

===================

Meanwhile, people are not just fleeing the Middle East in the millions,
but Africa as well. To come West.

For something better.
