I tend to agree. The orb-like appearance could be due to a combo of the low image quality and lighting conditions. I didn't see and maneuvers that were beyond the capabilities of any old drone or RC aircraft. Would be cooler if I couldn't explain it, but...

Could also explain movement as gusty currents around buildings. Obviously a windy day. Anyone else notice the hi intensity flood lights on the roof tops? That would illuminate a translucent object like a balloon. Someone could even be on top of one of those buildings with a balloon on a fishline tether... making it "dance".

What is this celebration for? "Manifestations"? Of what?

I build fly and video RC planes.
Whatever it is in the OP's first video
certainly doesn't look like a multicopter drone.
A quadcopter can mimic the flight characteristics,
but the light is weird.

I have filmed them at all kinds of altitudes
and they don't look like a ball of light unless it's designed
to do so with LED's or if its designed be deceptive .

But as a simple video drone
for a newspaper or police, not likely.
I've never seen one blur into a ball of light
in all my years in the hobby.

I live in Brazil and i have not heard about this.... I'm 99.9% sure this is fake. Why the hell would aliens be bothered on ou manifestatiosn because of the abusive bus price?

I mean what kind of propulsion would you think of, seeing this kind of drones?

It could be possible that it's a news-drone , but it looks like a sphere , and the speed is way fast I've seen quad copters but the distance and the speed , strangely don't match I think

well it could be a drone... but not this one from the news... because like it says in the news link "o drone tinha luzes de LED verdes e vermelhas para sinalizar onde estava," translating:
"the drone had LED lights green and red to identify where it was"

there's no green or red LED light... only white light..or faint yellow....

The protests are happing because of the poor democratic ocnditiosn in our contry. Abusive prices, terrible politicians and other terrible services. I really doubt aliens are causing that. We indeed drones, but i never saw one.
