Inserting pictures

Please can someone let me know how I can insert a picture under my name so others can see it when they look at posts.

Okay...first you need a picture?

If you don't have one then go to one of these sites

All you have to do is select a picture you like...right click and copy the URL on the properties.
Open the Control Panel...type your password..paste the URL onto the avatar status at the bottom and they're you go!

Any probs...just let us know!
