Suspect #2 on foot being chased by police. Police & SWAT reminded to maintain a perimeter around suspect in case he has explosives.

In Watertown, Ma. Its pretty crowded during rush hour.. I use to drive to work 1st shift. Sitting in stop light traffic for at least a half an hour to work and back. Narrow main streets.
