Winged beings seen by astronauts?

I have also been unable to find this picture/footage. It was definitely there at some stage.
Fair sure it was Gorden Cooper, talking about his bizarre sightings and he mentions seeing 3 or so beings with massive wings flying along side them. I recall them being extremely large and a transparent blue color from the picture. I have searched for this again at no avail. Perhaps it was removed?

It's convenient to quote on behalf of the American NASA program since you worked there and have connections but the story coming out of Russia is quite different.

Before you slam the Russian program and label them as charlatans, etc, please respond as honestly as possible in reference to what's listed below:

Viktor Mikhailovich Afanasyev

While on a mission in April 1979, Afanasyev left Star City, the USSR’s equivalent of NASA, to dock with the Salyut 6 space station. While the trip was underway, a metallic object turned towards them and followed them closely.

Afanasyev was able to get several pictures of it and estimated that the craft was 26-28 meters away. While he still had it within visual range, he continually communicated with the surface about what he was seeing.

When he returned from the mission, his film and cameras were confiscated. Finally, he was sworn to secrecy. It was only after the Soviet Union fell that he felt safe enough to share

In addition, other Russian Cosmonauts have declared they have seen UFOs

Viktor Kovalenok and Viktor Savinykh
On May 5th, 1981, these two men were stationed on Salyut station. One day, Kovalenok caught sight of a finger shaped object in orbit with them. When he couldn’t figure out what it was, he called Savinkh over for help in determining the object’s size and distance. While Savinkh was preparing to capture a picture, it abruptly exploded. Once the cloud had cleared, a dumbbell shaped object was revealed. Interestingly, specialists on the surface recorded higher than usual radioactivity levels that day.

Gennadi Manakov and Gennadi Strekalov
The month was September and the year was 1990. Manakov and Strekalov were stationed on the Soyuz station. That day, they sky over the ocean they were passing was perfectly clear, but when they looked down, they were startled to find a large, silver disk hovering in the atmosphere. It was iridescent, and they judged it to be about 20-30 kilometers above the surface. When asked if it could have been an ice-berg, they firmly stated that it couldn’t have been one. The shape was that of a sphere, and it was entirely too large to be one.

So, in that video, the cosmonaut DID speak for himself. Loud and clear. So was he stuttering? Did he make it up? Please explain where he misspoke and provide evidence he did.

On that point, I have an adversary on another board who has told me anything short of "alien blood" would be less than convincing to him. Meaning photos, testimonies, landing marks, and implants are less than convincing.

There is some extreme skepticism at work. The divide between believes and skeptics seems to be widening every day.

Years ago..there was a TV documentary on NASA and UFO's, well anyway I am sure one of the astronauts said he saw a "winged entity" outside the space shuttle flying in the vacuum of space, and how ever he described it, it sounded like mothman or some demon type thing. I also remembered one of them saying they saw a multi colored ring like object..and I remember seeing footage of this object, but it was really far away from the camera ..I believe Gordon Cooper was the astronaut who saw this ring thing..

I read a lot of stories about winged entities and multicolored objects flying around seen by psychonauts.

You do know that a skeptic can believe and their purpose for skepticism may be to separate the trash from the treasure.

This is what I was getting at in the other thread concerning convincing others, most if not all believe in life out there, its through skepticism that truth of these claims can be made, not belief alone.

There's a third alternative, and ATS threads have already thrashed out and documented it: internet posters and crockumentary producers are lying to you, and you are a fool to swallow it.

As an exercise in grown-up intellectual behavior, why don't you go find the thread here on ATS that documents that the Afanasyev passage is a deliberate fraud? His original comments described centimeter-sized objects coming off during undocking thrusting of a cargo drone. And everything that is claimed about his space flights [dates, names, launch sites] is factually false -- please document four examples and report back when you have done so.

Here's a clue: the voice you hear is not the cosmonaut, but an actor reading a script.

Otherwise, back into your cumfy hole-of-darkness, and embrace ignorance as your false friend.

Some of them even noted while they respected the work you have put in over the decades with the community, they are diametrically opposed to your insular views on this topic.

I am not surprised by your answer but while I do respect your ability to debate on it, there is nothing you can do to convince me to the contrary. And this is coming from someone who has witnessed multiple UAPs in the past.

Wasn't there recently a photo of the sun with an white angel-like entity in it? Or was it Mars? It was a white angel-looking thing. This is one of them things that make ya go Hmmm. What if there are beings 80-100ft that have wings, flying around in space. Wouldn't that be crazy? How would we even speculate on what they are, or what they're capable of, son and so forth? In other words, it's mind blowing.

look it comes down to the russian & american astronuts have said they have seen & been followed by things

that ARENT ours so , aliens are real & we need to figure out if they are interdementional or physical beings.

Yep, the responses are filed my experience. I've heard this story on a documentary as well, but frankly they bleed together when I try to remember "what" from "where".

Who's doing that? I believe what the astronauts say about their experiences in space. It's the people CLAIMING the astronauts said they saw UFOs, who are the liars. What's so hard to understand about that?

Understanding something and proving it are two different things. I understand what you are saying, but you have yet to show your proof. Where is your proof that these astronauts (in my earlier post) claim that they were taken out of context or their words were twisted?

What would some "space creature" need with wings? No air/gas to make them useful...

What of James Irwin a true hero of the lunar mission's and not given to flight's of fancy but a devout Christina whom had some kind of experience he never made public but spent the last year's of his life searching for Noah's ark on mount Ararat in turkey, these guy's were far from the only astronauts to have had an epiphany, I can not offer a scientific explanation but were science fails faith often explains.
