Has a Secret US group back engineered an ET Craft?

Grant Cameron is normally quite a balanced guy from what I know of him on radio/TV and even his web articles.

This article suggests that RAM Gravonics are implementing the following.

The first track is by near-term experimental development efforts. The second is through development of a film “Disclosure” to be shown to the President and the public regarding the truth about the abnormally secret reality of this technology, its off-world original creators, and its incredible (and easy to predict) Utopian effects on our entire civilization.This technology can end justifications for war and create a permanent condition of world peace for millennia to come. However, this inevitable portent is not well-received within the power circles of the world.

From what I can see with a quick net search the Chairman and CEO of the RAM Gravionics Group, is guy called Gordon Novel and the company pioneer technology in time control, gravity manipulation and free energy. He appears to have backgrounds in law, science and film making and intelligence (disinformation?).

What's it all about?

Is it a hoax, a plug for something, is he another Chase Brandon?

I think someone is taking a very real course of action that likely happened a couple decades before I was even born and adding some modern bling to it so it sounds current.

I think we had working advanced technology in the 60's, if not sooner...on at least some levels and at this point? Well...as one co-driver I trained put to to me one dark night night...... He asked if I enjoyed Star Wars. The original one that is. Of course, I told him...I loved it. I was a kid when that hit theaters and it was the best thing since sliced bread or BB guns for Christmas. Well, he looked me dead in the eye and said 'Good...because we're a generation or more beyond that'.

I know from his personnel file at the trucking company that he did have military history going back across all the right dates and his last employment had been Lockheed Martin. So..I figure he knew enough to be saying more than strictly personal opinion. He's also the one who told me that I was driving OVER one of the largest and most sophisticated underground testing and development centers in the world.....every time I drive from Barstow to Bakersfield...and I'll leave that there. (For what it's worth........If you look at the footage of General Manuel Noriega coming off the plane in Miami after being captured...the guy I trained was one of the men escorting him down the ramp for the cameras to see.....it's a small world and no everyone is full of it. lol)

That's my two cents..for whatever it's worth with inflation these days.

Not the same thing at all. The US was so envious of Concord they wouldn't allow it to land in the US for many years after it went into service.

Well, as odd as it may sound for some of the positions I hold on issues....It's important to make a distinction. There is a level of advancement and technology we see and 98% of those in military and government service know, see and work with. To that 98%..even those in Uniform with Stars on their shoulders, that 2% is fantasy land and doesn't exist. Couldn't exist. It's NEVER existed. Flat out impossible. So there.

Within that 2%....lay the world where trillions have seemingly vanished to produce a handful of black bombers and fighters while Troops drive around crappy Hummers using communications technology the civilian market looked at as kinda weak years ago.

On one hand, I think the U.S. is high tech beyond what we'd literally be able to handle learning in one sitting. It would take a few small meals to digest, if my hunches are right. The best evidence there is again...Follow the money. TOTAL COMBINED war spending for BOTH wars came out around 1 trillion dollars in 2011. Thats for all 10 years taken as a total! .....100 BILLION a year. Thats it!

Thats it?! What am I saying?! Well... The Pentagon happily spends 6-9 TIMES that much every year before the measly 100 billion is carved out for actual war fighting expenses.......where DO we think all that is going anyway?

No the "U.S" as you know and understand it didn't do jack squat.

When people talk about

THE Country
THE U.S.
THE Government
THE CIA

they are assuming that everyone is all on the same page.
There is no "THE" anything.

There is an organization CALLED THE CIA.
But it is not one coherant unit.
Just as THE Government is more than just the President and the Congress and Senate.
It is the post office, the FBI, CIA, Social Security Administration etc.

When people want to know if "The Government" knows about Aliens or Alien technologuy there is no easy answer.

Are there people who KNOW about such things who work for our government?
You bet your ass.
But that doesn't make them "The Government" or "THE U.S.".

Even when you break it down into a single agency the same rules apply.
There is no "THE CIA".
There is A CIA.
Within that model you have many MANY different departments with many many different jobs.

Just another thought to throw in here....but about a thousand years ago when I was young and growing up in So. Cal, I recall two things about the secret world of military aircraft through a certain period. First, the idiots crashed an F-117 outside Victorville and made for one of the most exciting times people up there may ever have had. They took topsoil down to a measurable depth WITH them ...to insure not even a bolt was left behind. That was shortly before it became public and I learned my little model I spent a summer putting together came REAL CLOSE to the actual aircraft everyone went out to the Air Show at Edwards AFB to see.

That was the Nighthawk of course. There were two others though.... The Aurora which they may as well roll out and show everyone at this point. The Donut contrails aren't even theory or conspiracy anymore. I've seen POSTERS of the things on office walls at shippers in California. The scene the rings make from the propulsion system Aurora uses is pretty amazing. Huh? If the F-117 cost billions to produce...what did Aurora cost? I hear rumors....they measure by multiple states the arc of it's turning radius. High speed brings high headache.


The main thought though... ^^ That covers Aurora and that covers Have Blue / Nighthawk development. I mentioned..there was another...... When I was growing up about that same time, I heard several references to a new aircraft seen taking off out of both George AFB (It existed back then) and Edwards AFB. This odd craft was characteristic by a near vertical take off after rotation. I.E. ...It didn't hover up like a jump jet...it just took off and TURNED 90 degrees straight UP and went right on up.... Similar to people watching the U2's flying out of Burbank Airport during the mid cold war years.

^^^ That was called the Phoenix by reports I heard at the time...and I heard enough back then to have never forgotten either the description of what made it stand out as special..and what the name had been used to describe it. Anyone else know what that was or what happened to it?

A "secret group"? Possibly.

I think a better theory would be private corporations. My reasoning behind this is that private corporations are not subject to the "Freedom of Information Act" meaning they can lie to the press and lie to anyone really about what they are doing, or just simply deny anything is going on at all.

This is my personal theory I think after the 1980s Area 51 and the gov't knew they were in the crosshairs of not only UFO researchers but also normal people who wanted answers. I am sure the gov't outsourced some of their "black budget projects" to private corporations and under severe watch, make them sign a silence contract before they work and boom, problem solved. Gives the military time to work on their own projects. For example Dugway Proving Grounds is a private contractor testing base owned by the US Army. For all we know they could be working on something there. We just cannot know.

This of course if just a theory and we may not have anything ET at all.

Just one of many problems.

Also, the CIA and pentagon types have been co-smuggling narcotics since the 1960's at minimum. Some reports say they were smuggling narcotics as far back as the 1930's. This is one of the prime sources of income for black and/or illegal programs. Even with compartmentalization, you can bet that elements of the pentagon/CIA know where the money is going. I do not have any doubt that those involved with this tech are doing their level best to maintain the secrecy because of the lifetime of power, privilege and money it confers. If the CIA chair wanted to know what the facts were, I'd guess it would take him a day or two.

My grandfather told me about massive numbers of unidentifieds flying around S. California in the early 1960's. Most frequently these craft were sighted near aerospace contractors although at least one excellent sighting with pictures took place outside a military base. This was mainstream technology.

The story is most certainly bogus.

The United States was well along in producing an SST. The Boeing 2707. Due to extreme pressure from environmental groups the US Senate cut funding. The 2707 was much bigger, faster and had a longer range than the Concorde

That was exactly my first 'red' flag. I would also have to think in all formality it would have said "Mr." Steven Spielberg, Movie Producer (or at least some title under his name).

Second thing that came to mind was that this is probably a movie script draft. Just trying to "Deny Ignorance"

It lost me when it mentioned MJ12 .. I believe Majestic 12 has been debunked to my satisfaction mostly in that the documents themselves seem to not be legit .. the one glaring thing was the fact that the documents used a font that didn't exist at the time. ( if I remember correctly )

There were many issues with the documents .. so I am pretty convinced it was a hoax.. which would make this a hoax by default.

There's a Gordon Novel who was a ufologist .. but he's dead ...He was an inventor and a private investigator apparently.

He died in October of 2012

Actually, the F-117A crashed near Bakersfield, and when it was declassified two years later, in November 1988, it looked nothing like any of the speculative models that had been produced by Testors and Monogram. The airplane made its first public appearance at Nellis Air Force Base in April 1990. Also, the government did not sanitize the crash site by any means. A number of people later found aircraft debris at the crash site that (once enough information had been declassified) was positively identifiable as being from the F-117A. A relative bargain for the U.S. Air Force, each F-117A cost just $46 million to build.
