Did Obama Just Buy A $35,000,000.00 Luxury Retirement Mansion In Hawaii?

Numerous sources are reporting on the Internet that the Obamas have just purchased an incredible $35 Mil. tropical paradise estate in Hawaii.

I say more power to them...but, if true, it really dulls the edge on his argument that rich guy Mitt Romney is 'out of touch' with the average American.

Economically, politics certainly appear to have been 'berry-berry gooood' to Barack Obama's financial health...(not so much...for the rest of us).

Obama has been well rewarded for pushing forward the secret global agenda. Perhaps all was accomplished in his 4 year term and retirement to a tropical paradise and now it's Romenys turn. Should we take this as a sign Obama is expecting to lose the election, or is this just for his future retirement....

Dancing to the corporate tune is obviously extremely lucrative.

These sort of 'perks' of the job are ludicrous to say the least. Why does he need a house so huge for goodness sake? And at a time where many citizens are losing/have lost their modest family homes too, he certainly knows how to smack the public hard across the mouth, doesn't he?

It isn't as if he's earned it either IMO.

off the top of my head obamas net worth is only like 4-6 million. I doubt he bought it. He should know better not to buy after whats coming economically after the elections.

Hes going to need a bunker not a mansion when the SHTF after the dollar collapses.

1st link makes no mention of Obama at all.

2nd Link cites WND as it's source.

3rd Link cites Michelle's mother as the source and also says the Obamas plan to move there in January 2013. That can't be true, as Obama plans to, and will, win the election.

4th link is broken, but is probably just as unreliable.

Nothing here but hearsay and tabloid journalism.

If it's about comparison, that's less than 2 years income for Romney. But when did all this become a part of politics?

Plain and simple, they are BOTH #TY CANDIDATES, and are both out of touch. They both serve the same agenda, and keep the people dancing around the flame thinking they're making a #ing difference with abortion, and healthcare, and all the other # that no matter WHAT happens, the people are paying for anyway. If you don't pay for one thing, you'll pay for another.

Neither of them give a #. They'd buy the moon and claim that the lower middle class is lazy, all day long.

Maybe Michelle will use to to take her hundreds of thousands of dollar vacations with her friends at taxpayer expense until he retires.

So the story comes from a friend of a family that knows Obama's mother-in-law.

But let us pretend for a moment that the source is credible.

He is going to need somewhere to live when he leaves office in 2016 and buying now make financial sense. The housing market will be a lot better by then so he is saving a lot of money.

Every President gets Secret Service protection and they will be falling over each other to guard this place.
Or would you rather he move into a Tenement in Chicago where he'll need even more guards? See, he is going to save the country a fortune.

That would be the case if any of these people honestly believed in the "class warfare" tripe they spew.

Trying to paint Romney as "out of touch" for being a millionaire while supporting their "down to earth" millionaire is just one partisan idiot bickering in a petty fashion with another partisan idiot.

The only interests of politicians, any politician, is power and wealth. All at our expense.

What I am finding curious about the reports is what they are quoting Michelle's mother as saying.

The source of this story is WND, not reliable at all. The story is written like a tabloid and says "anynonmous sources" gave them the sercet knowledge they hold

This is the same WND that thinks Obama used to be in a gay marriage to a Pakistani.



The site is one big tabloid.

Bu anyway, I wouldn't doubt Obama's wealth has grown exponentially while being president. He is a Goldman Sachs candidate after all. And his books have sold millions of copies.
