How likely is it that cops came to her house and shot her and threatened her but she still has the balls to testify against them. If it turns out to be true then i salute her bravery in the face of certain danger.

If this is the case that she was shot at her home then what protection does she have now?

Some people wont be intimidated. Shooting her in the first place would suggest this to be true.

why does it double post?

Who else would have filed this motion. It sounds like someone was putting pressure on her to redact her actions. After all its not some simple form that needs no identity to be filed.
I wonder what her picture would look like if compared to the holmes aff picture with a blond chic in the back ground.

That pic was way photoshopped. Was one of the first things I noticed about this whole case and one of the things that made me suspicious too.

I dunno about this 'victim' Why would someone go into a legal 'theatre' and say something like this, which will obviously bring heat on her, if it was not true? Does she have a death wish?

Now what is not clear (if what she said is true) is that if they shot her at her home, there would be blood there, blood in the car which stansported her to the scene and she could have been seen getting out of the car bleeding.
Could it be that they took her to the scene (maybe knowing what was about to go down) and shot her there? Was it perhaps her blood seen in splats at the back of the cinema with a spatter pattern showing the victim was going toward the door not away from it? (that fact never did make sense, but would in that scenario if she was a set up and trying to get into the chaos to then become a victim)

Yes, yes, I know, all speculation but one does have to theorise a bit in order to put pieces together and see how they fit, rather like any other puzzle.

Unfortunatly when i see a pic of a hot chic my senses are undermined.
Her name and admission records would tell the story.
That blood trail is fitting to this scenario and does stick out like a soar thumb.
I have never believed the lies that we have been told. The whole thing reeks.
I do think that she deserves protection but they may feel that she is no threat.

Yea thats the one and just to think i almost dyed my hair orange to get a babe like that.
I did miss the fact that this was photoshopped and when you add it to all the other evidence it is very telling.
I do feel for that lost soul that is in the middle of all this bs along with the other victims of this violence.
The sad truth is that not many people give a damn and many that do just wait for someone to change the playing field before they take a stand and the rest are asleep or involved on some level.
Some my downplay our role in all this but i find it to be the only resistance left.

Wow, its all staged and set up. His father created a software to nail banking fraud and was involved in a case.

That young man, who gave a presentation in college was beautiful and had good eyes, and reminded me of my own oldest son, so I have never held him guilty or responsible. Even if he was there and not just watching the movie, or kidnapped by them and put there, drugged, like I suspect, And even if he did it, it would be in an altered state induced by them and not of his free will.

Glad you now see the 'non official story' to this whole set up. And yeah, his dad being involved with the whole programming thing is quite a big piece of the puzzle I would say.
