Hello ATS,

I write this fully knowing the ridiculous comments that will follow, however; I'm absolutely sick and tired of hearing how Ron Paul is still in the "Hunt" and Ron Paul's campaign is being sabotaged, cover-ups...blah blah blah

Are there any true Americans left in our socially dysfunctional and economically crippled country we call the United States of America?? Haven't we been beaten down enough already? Let's get some facts absolutely straight, the people that are riding and hoping for Ron Paul are anti-war, pro-drugs, anti-gay marriage. I'm going to break this down for you in one area and the only area that really matters regarding Ron Paul and WHY HE SHOULD NEVER BE PRESIDENT.

Ron Paul's view on foreign policy is as follows; If we aren't there causing problems, they won't have a reason to hate us or I want a policy of non-intervention, neutrality, & independence. As an American, here's how I perceive this man's statement. Listen Iran, I'm pretty sure I'm a nice guy and I think that if I take all our troops out of the Middle East and from every country in the world, I think you will actually respect us and never want to cause us problems because I'm not going to monitor you or bother you anymore. I'm really sorry for how we are such bullies in the past, but for the next 4 years, I cross my heart that we will not invade a single country in any shape for form so pretty pretty please don't fight with us.

Ron Paul believes that we, as a country, deserved...listen to me DESERVED the 9/11 attacks. If this man was president, here's what would happen within 1 year of office. We would be out of South Korea which will allow North Korea to overtake by force, South Korea. North Korea has NO desire to unite with South Korea in any form other than North Korea ruling entire Korea. Which will lead to China gaining a head of steam against us and we mind as well throw Japan back in the mix. I think between those 3 countries alone, it's safe to say their governments despise us and would attack if they had support, which they would now have in the form of Korea, Japan and China. Within the 1st year of office, Ron Paul would mind his own business and allow Iran to continue building or complete production of nuclear weapons. Paul would allow Israel to fend for themselves and we all know that Iran wants nothing more than to wipe Israel off the face of the planet. So in under 12 months, we would at a minimum see a war in Korea and one in Israel.

How long do you think it will be before we have trouble knocking on our front door or better still, how long before you're in your front yard one day and see a rocket trail over head that is headed for a big city somewhere near you?? By that point our military will be so reduced and weak, we won't be able to protect our own coast lines. WAKE-UP people. Ron Paul is absolutely the worst candidate you can put in the white house, hell Obama is better left there than Ron Paul and that makes me puke to even think about Obama in office 4 more years.

Opinions are like A$$holes, I know...but Ron Paul's stance on foreign policy alone should make you question his ability as a leader and make you strongly against him.....that's if you care to protect your own country. Some of you may say, well who the hell do you want as a president? My answer is simple, I really would like a president like Jesse Ventura not Jesse but with his attitude. At least we knew he was straight forward and not covering up anything. So my perfect president would have the attitude of Ventura, the thought processes of Ronald Reagan, the ability to communicate with foreign leaders like Bill Clinton and the ability to speak (speak only) like Obama....the man can talk. That's my perfect president... but seeing how that isn't an option....out of our choices:

Mitt Romney - I believe that he's a liar and he doesn't speak to the people, he speaks whatever somebody has told him. I'm voting for a president, not an assistant that tells him to make decisions.

Newt Gingrich - The absolute smartest man in the campaign. There's no doubt he would turn our country around and no doubt that he would clean house in washington dc. Newts downfall is he is a one tracked man that is too narcissistic and doesn't know how to express himself in a manner that doesn't make him come off as an A$$hole. I don't think he would be bad for our country in any way. I don't think he would take any countries BS and he would make sure we once again become the #1 country in the world.

Rick Santorium - Out of all the candidates, I think Rick would make the best all-around president. He's able to talk to the people and understands what our country needs to get jump started. He has good values and principles which I believe will carry over in his policies and diplomacy. His downfall, we haven't really seen a situation that requires him to have some balls. A president needs balls. This is where Newt is a safe choice.

Ron Paul - Ron Paul is the hippie. He has "Some" good ideas that I think would benefit this country. He makes good sense in some of his points regarding our economy and how to get us back on track. His foreign policy scares the hell out of me, especially at this point in our Countries life. We absolutely can't afford to have a weak president, unacceptable. The Socialists and Democrats want Ron Paul because he is easy to be manipulated, as long as everything falls in under his ideals, it'll be passed. But his foreign policy is ridiculous.

So for me, I wouldn't be upset if Gingrich or Santorium were elected President this November. But if you are a true American and want to continue having the rights and freedoms you have now, whatever you do, wake-up and DO NOT elect Ron Paul. He is not in the safest interest of our country. You can like some of his other policies, etc...but for this countries self preservation, you must pass on Paul and choose someone that will protect us, motivate us and get this country back on the right track.

Sorry Paul lovers, I just can't take seeing all this liberal and socialist Ron Paul support from within our country. I believe people hear one thing and one thing only and then they decide that is the candidate they will pick without thoroughly researching that candidate. Paul's foreign policy can not be in office.

So a gingrich supporter does exist.

Ron Paul Bandwagon?

Only people I see on the bandwagon are the people who keep voting in these corrupt big media corporate whores.

Majority of the Paul supporters have been his supporters for years. He is the only one on stage who TRULY understands governments responsibilities.

Gingrich. hah.
Dudes a ****in snake.

Wow.. That was a very long string of absolutely incorrect statements.

You have completely misunderstood his policies. I suggest you take the time to re-read them and really understand them, because you are very wrong in what you said.

with all due respect, maybe you should read into Mr. Ron Paul. You might just be one of the people I mentioned above that found one thing you like about Paul and now you're on his bandwagon. May I suggest you read this article or you can find many others I'm sure....but it specifically states that he feels that America takes responsibility in those attacks. Sorry buddy.

Unfortunately, I think the OP is probably an accurate glimpse into the mind of the average American Republican.

ie: Fundamentally misinformed, and generally out of touch with reality.

How am I wrong on his foreign policy. He's stated it time and time again.....and I've read his views and his policies. I have reduced it down to simple foreign policy. Provide me another point or his policy on foreign policy that contradicts what I've written please.

Ya Paul is so easy to be manipulated. That's why lobbyists refer to him as Mr. No. There is no more money! There is no need for all these bases around the world. Why is America the only country to have bases in almost every other country around the world? It's time to trim the fat! Bring the troops home and balance this budget.

I don't disagree with you about Newt. I'm not an avid supporter. Read what I wrote.... the man is smart but and he won't put up with the bullsh*t from foreign countries. He's not who I would want as my first choice, but he's better than allowing a NO foreign policy candidate in the white house

Of course we have a certain amount of responsibility in the attacks. Anyone who thinks otherwise is burying their head in the sand. Do you really think they attacked us for our freedoms!??! They attacked us because we were involved in matters we had no business being involved in. We meddle and because of that, we invite these attacks upon us.

I in no way think the attacks were the right thing to do.. they were horrible acts. The United States was not some innocent victim, though.

You know...we were enjoying some peace and quite from Ron Paul supporters after Ron Paul got destroyed in SC.

They all went into their holes to hide....and now you do this and they are all going to come back.

Shame on you.

Keep in mind that Paul Wolfowitz basically said the same thing as Ron Paul...... "Bases in Arabia Motivated al Qaeda".

You see what has happened in Iraq already, correct? What do you think will happen when you take our troops out of South Korea? You have to admit his foreign policy leaves us weak and open.

Dear OP,
The Dr. Paul bandwagon has been around for better than twenty years with the same message.
After that long, is it still considered a bandwagon?
This just goes to prove my belief that the msm will try to paint Dr.Paul as a flash in the pan or a bandwagon show.
Did you get a shirt when you signed on?

Aliens nor jesus are coming to save us, we will need to work to save ourselves.
