While who is being OWS is still up in the air, the facts are that the Unions and ACORN are heavily involved, that much can not be disputed. The question must be to what extent are they involved, that should at least be answered, as it would clear up much.
But as they are involved, it only adds more to the questions about the OWS movement in itself as being used politically, the question is who is using them and to what end.
From the get go, this movement has been in the news in one form or another, questions about the goals and motivations of this group has come up, yet with very few answers, the entire movement started as these people were dissatisfied with the status quo, and it appeared peaceful. However, they are slowly ceasing that peaceful means, as more and more truth is coming out slowly about what all is going on. When the news that ACORN and the Unions were behind, it was damming to them, as it showed that there was a bigger political picture behind them giving them support, confirmed when the white house spoke out in favor of them fully.

We can never know the full truth, as not many are willing to give out all of the details on such, but if it is true that they are firing people and shredding documents, the question must be asked, why? If they are doing nothing wrong, then why go through these extraordinary means, and what all are they hiding? If they have done nothing wrong, then there should not be mass firings and shredding of documents, and if there are on both, it gives them a very bad image and makes them look suspect.

i agree with that, plus i dont believe most people that are part of the OCCUPY movement want obama in office cuz i have been to a few of the events in burlington vermont, not as large as wall street but when i was there 2 weeks ago there was anywhere between 700 and 1000 ppl in a not so largely populated state

This is the EXACT thing I was talking about when I was addressing groups like this in saying...

"'oppressive, fallacious non-profit institutions are masquerading around, conveying conjecture in such a manner, that they are playing off the ignorance of their audiances with attempts of fraudulent conveyance of positions in which their fund raising efforts truely don't address', and that it's just a big political shindig that equates with the Dancing of The Stars in the most serious sense.'"

Is it just normalcy bias, or plausible deniability in which leads people to defend OWS, in trying to say that they are not involved with these types of orginizations. It's disgusting, truly.

People need to wake up and smell the coffee. The tactics in which they use, are so well disguised, that it's seemingly impossible to understand when things are taken at face value.

These institutiions have absolutely brain-washed the younger generations of the American people, and it's time for this to be seriously addressed. Too many people are ignorant to these aspects of the political scene, and need to stop trying to get involved. They are completely doing an injustice to the very fabric of our social structure, and their true aim is to dissolve the majority of the constitutional rights in which give them this ability.
People wonder why and how Obama and others can pass such things as 'Obama care' and other socialist initiatives. Well it is this easy people. All you do is rally people behind a initiative in which of the ultimate suppression of dissent. You wonder why they sit there and yell and chant, it's because they want to be louder than the opposition, and essentially place those who oppose on mute.

I would suggest, that if you know people who are involved in these particular groups, and OWS. Show them a book or two, make them read quotes from history from those who KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. OWS wants to put everything on the 1st amendment, which is the greatest cop out in history. Yeah, they have the right to practice their 1st amendment right, but people need to understand that the 1st amendment is a two way street. Meaning, those that oppose America, and what it was founded on, will use its very foundation in which to destroy it.

OWS is being hijacked, and it's sad. Because in the beginning, it was true, raw, real, and everything the true 99% stood for. Now it's being backed by people with objectives, filled with hate and disgust.

You want to take on banks, by all means, do so. You want to end the FED, by all means, do so. But here's the kicker, and something that obviously something that very few are yet to recognize. It's called DIVIDE AND CONQUER... Guess what? They are completely dissolving our unity, and by continuing to place the '99%' tag on it, they are truly trying to sway the public opinion to fit an ideology in which is not shared by the mass'.

"Tax the 1%", you have got to be out your mind... 'Flat tax' is more like it... You want equality, well there it is.

Again, only reiterates my point, that the tactsics in which they use are amongst the most disgusting. Why in the world would they be afriad of reporting? What, because they think the reports will be filled with bias and the truth will be turned around on them?
They just want to keep everything backdoor, because they understand the truth is something that will dissolve all of their efforts.

I still somewhat defend OWS, but this is getting out of control. once control is lost, which it seemingly is day to day, I will no longer support them. This is the EXACT same thing that happened to the freemasons. People need to get their facts straight. I will not demonize the entirety of the OWS, but that day is right around the corner once it becomes taken over by ACORN and Soros, and 'community action councils'.

It gets increasingly harder day to day to be able to read between the lines. But thanks to efforts like that of FOX news, a lot of it does come to light. That's not to say that FOX is to be held in some light that implies that they are 'saints' and always trust worthy. But who is?

In a movie maybe. I'm pretty sure ACORN dosne't run in Canada, where over 50 major cities are holding OWS protests;and all of which have goals that do nothing for ACORN, the US, or any sort of monopoly.

And I'm also pretty sure the majority of OWS in New York are against ACORN in one way or another. If anything, they are blindly helping.

SEIU is most certainly in Canada. If you do your homework you will find that SEIU and ACORN involve the same players. They always work together and ACORN is so bad Obama had to throw them to the wolves.

That and this is about OWS in the US. Other countries piling on is irrelevant to the reality here.

Canada however is going the right direction and realized in the mid 1990's that they had to do something to step back from your entitlement culture. The fringe Left may no like it, but it worked. I wish we had done the same as we would be in way better condition right now.

It means that the movement is actually a front for the Obama campaign and not a spontanious movement of worried citizens and explains why they are not protesting DC. You see everything that happened with a handful of corrupt people on Wall Street was legal. Even the bad loans were made because Congress forced the banks to make them. OWS went after the wrong target since only the White House and Congress can fix the mess they created. OWS is not only silent on this, they are in fact shilling for the same people who brought us this mess.

You see Obama was a Community Organizer which is a fake profession. I say fake because what he did was promote socialist programs for the Alinsky Progressives. The leadership in ACORN are the same people involved in SEIU and Obama worked for them. Many think Obama answers too them and the fact he made some of the Czars. Van Jones had to quit when who he really was came out, but he is also a key player in ACORN and SEIU. He is also a self-professed Communist and he along with Obama and Bill Ayers (self-admitted Domestic Terrorist who brags about getting off for bombing building on a technicality and now says he's only sorry he did not do more; meaning plant more bombs) were heavily involved together.

This is a Conspiracy Board and this particular Conspiracy has more evidence than nearly any Conspiracy here. Of course Obama supporters would ignore it because if they look at it truthfully they would have to admit they made a mistake. I almost voted for Obama.

The protestors who were there for the right reasons were taken out of the picture at the start. Have you read about the emails that surfaced where this same group of people discussed how to control this?

I'm not talking about those innocently going there not knowing it is being controlled by Obama's friends.

Obama is in panic mode. He will do anything to get the one or two percent he may need to win. Look how fast he went from acting like an anti-Semite to being a friend of Jewish Americans when they turned on him for him turning on them. We know Obama is dirty and the most divisive President in our history. Divide and conquer.

I do not think your assessment is very accurate. I would not call ACORN the driving force behind OSW, if anything it is a clear example of how movements get coopted and marginalized. OSW was already in the streets at the time ACORN began paying people to go to the protest.

OK, I could have been clearer here. They are taking it over. That's what they do with anything they touch. There is a whole group of organizations that work together all the time and share leaders and members. They are all Alinsky style Progressive groups. It include ACORN, SEIU and most all Socialist, Marxist and Communist groups. SEIU also uses paid protesters when they take over protests.
