Right, if it's over 2 megabyte in size, ATS will simply reject the image file.

I assume you are using a laptop/notebook/desktop with some flavor of Windows OS. You can simply use File Explorer to view size of files.



2MB or 2,046 KB is the max limit size for ATS uploading.

Not sure if the above will help.

If the GIF file is alittle over 2MB or even 3MB you can use a site like EzGif to optimize & reduce the file size.

I got so frustrated last night looking at your directions and seeing the size file was up to par but ats upload thing was like nah .. it only would upload more photos but no gifs .. I’m on an hp laptop .. it’s not the best laptop but it was cheap. Maybe I should try that ezgif thing link you provided and try to play with that.
