At least now you know who you voted for. But most of them really aren't ``socialists``... they are fascists... that is, they support big business (banks, etc) screwing the little people and stealing everything they've got.

Basically. If they were actually real socialists, I would be intrigued by it. But real socialism just would never happen in the U.S.

Capuano is a class act here in Massachusetts...actually makes Bostonians look like barbarians..

"An elected official has called for blood in the streets. At a pro-union rally in Boston on Tuesday, Rep. Michael Capuano called for workers protesting in the streets to "get a little bloody when necessary." Link

on January 9 in a Globe article previous to the above rant he stated the following

“Everybody knows the last couple of years there’s been an intentional increase in the degree of heat in political discourse,” he said. “If nothing else good comes out of this, I’m hoping it causes people to reconsider how they deal with things.”

The Socialist Party of America no longer exists. You been had!

The Socialist Party of America announced in their October 2009 newsletter that 70 Congressional democrats currently belong to their caucus.

Let’s fact check this claim.

1. A check with the official list of registered congressional caucuses shows that there is no congressional caucus in either 2009 or 2010 containing the word “socialist,” “socialism,” or any other variation on the word “social.” The supposed Socialist Party of America Caucus does not exist.

2. The “Socialist Party of America” has not been in existence for 38 years.

3. The list of the supposed 70 members of the non-existent Socialist Party of America’s non-existent caucus is an outdated copy of the membership of the Congressional Progressive Caucus as it stood in fall of 2009.

Conclusion: the claim that “The Socialist Party of America announced in their October 2009 newsletter that 70 Congressional democrats currently belong to their caucus” is untrue on multiple counts.

To the extent that websites propagating this claim are aware of these facts, they are participants in a hoax.

Actually, when you look at the actions of these politicians on this list, it is very easy to see just how socialist they are... not to mention, many of these people are communist supporters..

I went to your blog source which linked directly to this PDF file:
www.scribd.com...

I then went to the website sourced for this file, and it comes up as an unusred domain:
www.americansocialistvoter.com...

Maybe this is a broken link? I found this link to the DSA and the address and everything is correct:
www.dsausa.org...

In anycase, I'm sure this is suppose to be a smear against Democratic politicians on your end, the fact they're listed as DSA sympathizers (assuming this is a true link). Apparently they're communist sympathizers, I'm sure. For me, anybody is a socialist if they support any form of distribution of wealth. If you support medicare, your a socialist sympathizer, if you support welfare, you're a socialist sympathizer. Wouldn't all of our representitives be socialists since they're all on public healthcare at the expense of the tax payer? I guess you lump us all as commie sypathizers (or socialists, what have you, the two are intermixed very often by those on the rightwing). Bernie Sanders is one of those socialists, one who voted against the patriot act, was against the Iraq war politically, his a man I'll be happy with as president.

I don't know, what is a socialist again? Can you just clarify for us, from the perspective of somebody who is ideologically rightwing?

Anyone who is not ideologically right-wing. It's a rather loose grouping, to be sure, but the strength lies in the fact that right-wingers don't actually know what the hell "socialism" means - so it means whatever the hell they want it to mean.

If the OP is able to directly link this list to the DSA website which I linked previously, instead of another politically driven blog, then I'd doubt this list is untrue. The points you brought up does question his source. Bernie Sanders, one of the independent members in congress, and the one listed in that list, has attended DSA conferences. He is just one member that I could find, but this indicates that the list is not all that false:
dsausa.org...

That list could be mostly fabricated though (or purposely modified from the original). We'll need a direct link.

Of course, Bernie Sanders is not a democrat. He is Independent, though the caucuses with the democrats. He's also an open and admitted socialist, so putting him on a "list of socialists in congress" is really sort of a no-brainer.

That sourcing cracks me up. if it weren't for Jerome Corsi, you'd have like three lines of text there. Awesome

People think that Socialism is a bad word. Really it isn't. That is just the product of 60+ years of government sponsored propaganda. Socialism is actually a wonderful thing when implemented properly in a social democracy. Look at countries like Sweden. Welfare states are a good thing that every nation should strive to become. It is one step closer to true egalitarianism.

None the less, when you read between the lines and follow through to the extensive links that reveal fact after fact after fact after fact about the obama's conditioning by a known Communist, and the obama's continued fascist training via the C.I.A. the obama equates to one big between the lines answer:.. which looks kinda similar to this:

,,l,,

Quite a bit more than 3 lines of text, more like an INDEX OF FACTS

What is "Right Wing?"

America has it's own brand of "socialism" .. everything is mixed with capitalism, or corporatism more like it.. and when you strip down the right left sociological ideologies the two parties are very, very similar. So if "right wing" simply means social issues then the vast majority are Socialist. Which .. they are. So you can't say anyone "Right Wing" is not a socialist when in fact the majority are.

What is right-wing in today's America?

It's bat-humping insane, is what it is. Please, take a look at who the generally-accepted measure of American conservativism - the Republican Party - is fielding.

Michelle Bachman, who would probably nuke the moon if she could uncross her eyes enough to aim the missile

Herman Cain, whose sole campaign platform is opposing Sharia law. Which is sort of like standing fast against the threat posed by carnivorous dinosaurs.

Mitt Romney, who refuses to stand by his own policies as Governor because they're probably more "socialist" than anything the EVILMUSLIMHIPPYCOMMYNEGROPINKOKENYANESIAN obama has ever come up with.

Ron Paul, whose campaign caters to the age 14-17 demographic and largely centers around being an cantankerous old fart living off the taxpayer dole.

Newt Gingrich, who, well... is Newt Gingrich. Duuuuuuuude! Remember the 90's, brah?

Tim Pawlenty, an openly dominionist dude whose campaign revolves around pissing off the elderly.

And to top this off, is the non-candidate that the party faithful wish would run, Sarah Palin, who quit her stint as governor of the smallest state in the country after two years to peruse a dream of reality TV, after basically crushing any and all chance that the Republican Party would smell the air freshener used in the oval office for another twelve years at least. She has no positions, didn't even know what the Vice president did, and thinks being near the territorial waters of the Russian Federation gives her international experience. Again, this is the lady that they want to see run.

These aren't write-in candidates campaigning on Facebook. These are the big-league front-line cast for the nomination of one of the country's two major political parties. The one that supports and is supported by the Americans who generally identify themselves as part of the "right wing" of our political spectrum.

So yeah. The right wing in America? Crazier than an Amish carwash.

Maybe if enough politicians are outed as socialists, they can finally have a march in the streets and demand equal rights for socialists~! No more ideological discrimination! All viewpoints are created equal!

Yeah, McCarthy showed us how well that works when we "out" the socialists.

Until we get rid of a two-party system, there will be no room for non-overlord voices.
