'Anonymous' targets the brothers Koch, claiming attempts 'to usurp American Democracy'

www.rawstory.com

"Governor Walker's union-busting budget plan contains a clause that went nearly un-noticed. This clause would allow the sale of publicly owned utility plants in Wisconsin to private parties (specifically, Koch Industries) at any price, no matter how low, without a public bidding process," they explained. "The Koch's have helped to fuel the unrest in Wisconsin and the drive behind the bill to eliminate the collective bargaining power of unions in a bid to gain a monopoly over the state's power supplies.

The group, which was responsible for taking MasterCard Worldwide offline for an ent

Heh-heh...

Now I know not too many folks are fans of anonymous round these parts, but I do enjoy them being a thorn in the side of many of these corporate greed mongers.

And it does appear indeed that there is a conspiracy of sneaky back-door deals and political maniputions taking place, and these "Koch brothers" appear to be almost like twin Karl Rove's with their endless meddling and manipulations on the political front, and virtually conducting class warfare against the "little people", with the help of Big Brother.

And for that, I will cry no salty tears whatsoever if anonymous creates havoc for them. We need to remove this type of disgusting corporate manipulation of our gov in the worst way.

I also think their suggestion of boycotting all of Koch industry products and companies is a wise policy. Hurt them in the only place they care about-their pocketbooks. Couple of power-mongering and insatiably greedy asshats.

Never mind removing corporate manipulation...how about removing the corporations full stop?

It's high time they were acountable for the evil they are allowed to purvey behind unjust and inappropriate laws.

we need to make a mandatory death sentence to anyone caught bribing a political leader, and have a politician who accepts a bribe with the same punishment, might help deter some people

Anonymous targeting Koch brothers is something I can support.

Attacking Westboro Baptist Church is something I'm against because it is rather fruitless. You can't really beat a vile, hate group like that.

No problem at all here with the ANON agenda, as it is the will of the people.
If you are the people yourself and do not like the ANON direction, change it, if you do not then you are not the majority it seems.
Good with ANON here.

Lets leave death sentences out of everything, and focus on being positive, responsible and loving. Notice how lazy folk want to not safeguard democracies, too busy with their work and entertainment, but just want a murderous harsh penalty.

When they needed to meet up locally in counsels every week or two and discuss actions, meet with leaders, form new parties, start local businesses and co-ops to replace monopolies and have seed banks, and solve homelessness, ie. donations of land and yurts and do the right things, together, conquering heartlessness and corruptions, and should have taught this from about grade 4 up in school, I'd say.

Me, I love those guys!

More so now.

When I go to my grocery store over the next few weeks I will inform the managers that I find it difficult to shop at stores carrying Georgia-Pacific products and any others that fund treason.

I will immediately inform all those who respect my thought and ask them to follow my lead.

Starve the beast.

I will also call Washington tomorrrow and demand an investigation into the power plant clause, demanding to know exactly, the real names and all of them, who suggested it, who sponsored it, who wrote it, who edited it, who analyzed it, who received the analysis, who inserted it in the bill, and how many legislators actually read it and approved it. I will also mention the violation of the US and Wisconsin constitutions regarding equal treatment: exempting some unions would seem to violate both the spirit and the letter of the law, as it were.

I ask that ATS members join me in this and call Washington as soon as you can.

Totally agree that violence solves nothing, but seeing how all they care about is themselves and not anything else but money, there is nothing that would deter them, except have a sever consequence that they cant get out of

Gave you a star, although i do not fully understand or agree with your standpoint.
It will be cool heads that will prevail, maybe yours will be the temper that keeps ours in line.
But i would definately suggest something harsh for the monsters in control, maybe taking theiir cash and land.
That would be true hell for the elite, and sometimes it is better to make your enemy to live than to kill him and release him from responsibility.

Yes, especially because these types of endlessly greedy individuals function solely upon their EGO, and their entire sense of identity is centered around wealth, power, and the DOMINATION of others.

Depriving them of any of those will likely be a fate worse than death to them. lol.

The revelation of this corruption just doomed the political future of "sell out" gov. Walker, and in turn probably strengthened the Unions arguments of greed in the highest places while calling for sacrifices by the American working men and women.

If there is not an investigation into influence peddling of the Koch bros. then we know what kind of system that is the OS in America and it's not a democratic/republic!

There will be an investigation but it will take time to set-up the process, time to investigate, time to write the report, time to reply ect....

By the time it's done, this will be a faint memory in people's minds.

Here, here!

Just wanted to add my support for boycotting all Georgia Pacific products and any others that come to light as being wares produced by these guys. They are evil incarnate. The governor should be impeached.

Before we get too caught up in the idea of how to react to this stereotypical occurrence in the corporate-political corporate-theater .....

We have a guy, who has the authority to deal with businesses .... he can make a sweet deal for some guys with barrels of money..... what does he get in return (who cares?) ..... what do other guys get?.... richer.

The are rules about this kind of stuff..... I mean, laws whose spirit - at least - was violated in the way this 'deal' went down.....

Presumably it will be investigated.....

What the players of this scenario have done is neither outrageous, nor exceptional.... it IS what THEY do ALL THE TIME... one way or another. They have ALWAYS done this... for scores of years..... through over a century of governance ....

Is it no wonder they act as if they should be entitled to do this?

But what anonymous has allegedly done, is finally interfere not with one of the puppets... but one of those among the pezzonovante - the "string-pullers"..... I suspect this will usher in a new more powerful move to market the desperate threat that "cyber-crime" has become... (implying to us.... meaning to them.) Then more money will be switched to the military industrial complex pocket, so they can ratchet up their total control and oversight of cyber-communications...... all for our benefit - of course.

What did this accomplish? Will justice be brought upon these people? Or did it just provide them with a kick in the butt to get their draconian controls in place more quickly?

So what would happen if the protesters
decided to toilet paper (TP) the WI
Capital ??? using Koch made toilet paper???
Ya think Walker would get the message?

Now back to anon

this is more proof for me that anon
is a gov controlled entity.

Why is anon only attacking
Republicans or Tea Party?
Can anybody here name me
just 1 democrat they have targeted ???
Didn't think so.

The current Obama regime is democrat.

While I would have no problem with anon
if they were fair against targeting both sides
of the aisle of corruption. But to me, it seems
they are 1-sided which leads me to believe
they are biased and maybe funded by the left.

Come on anon, show me your true colors
fighting corruption, do you only target GOP
and Tea Party??

Consider it a challenge to prove you are not biased.

And of course you would agree that the same punishment be given to that fatcat socialist liberal George Soros, wouldn't you? He's a crook of the first degree. He wants total control of our country and he is willing to spend billions of ill-gotten gains to unions and groups such as ACORN, to get control.

He goes too, right?

Absolutely! I, as well as most average citizens of this country, are fricken SICK of this nonsense! Look how far downhill this country has slid in just a few decades! Our infrastructure, economy, manufacturing and quality of life has become a JOKE for most of the populace.

And it is in large part because our political system has become more and more corporate & Bankster-ran with each passing year, and those influences are GUTTING this nation and bleeding the masses dry! Every last bit of these thugs needs to be removed from political influence, and the system needs a complete overhaul back to what it was originally intended to represent, which AINT the uber-wealthy and powerful, but WE, the people.

Good.

I'd love to outlaw lobbyists. But the 1st Amendment keeps getting in the way.

well there is a difference between free speech
and lobbying.

Lobbying includes money making deals.
Free speech is just free.
So basically if your free speech becomes
a financial gain, then it should no longer
be considered free speech.
