HARRP used against Iran in 2007?

Hi, i just found a youtube video and heard stories from my cousins friends that visited Iran for work in 2007. They also claimed to seen what this youtube video shows. He said the water was Red and you can feel alot of heat coming from the water instead of a cool breeze.

Unfortunately, the video doesn't proof anything.

What is seen in the clip, is a water sprout, wich i also believe caused the damage on the dolphins.

The earthquakes mentioned, is just that earthquakes. It might have caused some underwater volcano to release some toxic gasses and fumes into the sea, causing the fish to die.

Haarp, did not cause this, because it cannot.
