But apparently to you if I don't accept your version of looking beyond party lines, I am following a "scathingly left-wing agenda" as if I don't have a brain of my own. Apparently to you, it's absolutely FINE that this woman is being stepped on.

Why? Because according to you, some woman at the same debate had her injured foot stepped on, which according to the article may have been an accident.

Tell me, is the stomping by your non partisan Rand Paul's supporter an accident? Doesn't seem like an accident to me, looks like a deliberate attempt at severely injuring someone who doesn't support Rand Paul's platform.

As I stated in my last post I PERSONALLY feel that any one should be able to attend these rallies with out fear of personal injury in any form. I like to fool myself into believing we as a species have evolved past the point of violence. Yet I am only fooling myself, we are as barbaric as we have ever been. So in reply to your comment No I do not agree that the woman should have been thrown to the ground. She should not have had to endure such brutal treatment from those Neanderthals.

Who is to say it is not a set up from Move On.Org? Is it above them to do such a thing to try to discredit Paul's supporters? By the time we find out all the facts the damage will have been done. I have yet to see any type of violence a ANY Tea Party or affiliated events.

respectfully

Oh, a "set-up." I see. Move on paid a Rand Paul County Campaign Coordinator and 2 others to grab a 5'1" girl, throw her to the ground, and stomp her head with their jackboots. Right. Did you watch the freekin' video? And they paid the guy to admit he did it and apologize, too, right? And they paid crybaby whiner Paul to fire the guy, too? Wow. You've got it all figured out.

Were these guys secret service...hmmm..I dont think so. Were they security guards even? Nope. Was she armed? Nope. Was she posing an IMMEDIATE threat to anyones physical well being? Nope. These guys were just thugs,. punks, and bullies.I hope you are just playing Devils Advocate. If not and you can in any way justify this type of behavior then Im sad..again as usual. Makes me want to go to a Tea party rally with a sign just to see if Im attacked. I wont of course because that would be inciting.

FYI ...look close at what the 'stomper' does, he puts his foot on the base of her neck and exerts pressure..this pressure causes his foot to slide down due to the angle of her head and positioning on the curb.If his buddy wouldnt have said "no, no" his leg was moving to reposition closer to her head. He was attempting to 'curb-check' this lady. These are my opinions if this infact wasnt staged..because ANYTHING is possible.

And if this wasnt staged...Man would it be nice to meet these guys where the law was of no consequence, and we could have some 'playtime'. Because I think from watching the video that I could handle at least five of them myself...not bragging or anything, just being honest.

Good thing Im a pacifist...LOL

One should be able to attend a political rally with having to fear any type of personal harm. Take your blinders off my friend and see the world we live and stop defending dumb #.

Exactly!
Even if you choose to show Mr. Paul a critical sign.
Now go through the thread, and try to spot all the "She had it coming, wearing such a skirt"-comments.

Blaming the victim of an attack is low, and as you pointed out sounds quite ridiculous. Yet you immediately spotted it here, but not in the dozens of other comments blaming the activist, one even calling her attacker a hero. How come?

Apparently it was severe enough to warrant this woman to file assault charges. Like the woman that was thrown to the ground and stomped. Both refused treatment, therefore both were not as severe as we would like to assume.

Severity=intention?

She was ACCIDENTALLY STEPPED ON. Whether the injury she sustained from that was severe or not does not put in in the realm of intentionally doing harm to a subdued person. People are trampled to death at concerts. I concider dying pretty severe too but you cannot go around saying that the crowd did it out of malice. You do know her foot was alread injured don't you? How much force do you think it would have taken to make an existing wound severe?

The last thing I read said no charges were being pursued. Have something on that?

You miss my point completely as I expect you to vehemently defend your position that all right wing people are viscous assault driven madmen.

So your point it putting words in my mouth? Take your point elsewhere then if you have to resort to making things up.

That actual point is that this is happening on BOTH sides.

I know that was your point and in this case, it was wrong. Yes it does happen on both sides but at this event, it did not. In the context of this thread, this is about that rally where it did NOT happen from both sides. You are trying to say someone in a crowd getting stepped on somehow evens out the debate. IT DOES NOT. Getting stepped on in a crowd and getting stomped while being held are two VERY DIFFERENT THINGS.

What we as intelligent human need to do is ascertain the cause of the hate and violence against one another, when we should be banding together against a common foe (the government). Why are we turning against one another? The answer is simple, because we are too stupid to look beyond party lines.

Well, when your many fellow ATS members post yet another thread about how Glenn Beck, who advocates murder and violence, is the genius that will lead us all into the promised land, tell them about it.

So this is what the "Conservatives" want to happen when it comes down to us.

Somehow, this does not really surprise me to hear something like this happened. Considering that this was before a debate between Rand Paul and his Democratic opponent. I for one hope that the people of Kentucky see what Rand Paul and his "supporters" are really like. This just shows to me that the Tea Party Organization are nothing but a bunch of thugs that don't want anyone to believe other than what they, the Tea Party, want them to believe. If that had been one of us "common folk" that assaulted her like what his supporters did, we would have been thrown in jail by now. Sad part is that most of these people, including Rand Paul himself, may just get off with nothing but a slap on the wrist.

Then again, a vast majority of people in both the House and the Senate are nothing but a shills for big business anyway.

Wow, you really are showing your colors here, none of those people you mentioned have ever called for violence. YOu are stuck in the left right paradigm where the new world order controls both horses in the race. They use the left and the right to divide and conquer meanwhile the new world order elites own both parties at the top. That's why Bush was pure evil and Obama is also. You been brainwashed to think that all Republicans are bad and that somehow the people like Conway love you or something which is a total LIE!

The only chance we ever have to save the Republic is to stop electing the establishment Democrats or Republicans and go for Constitutional candidates that want to End the Federal Reserve. Seriously you never even mentioned my posts about the Federal Reserve so it's clear you don't about it. Go do some research on it. Our country got taken over in 1913 and that's why until we rid ourselves of it, we'll be slaves and you and your family won't ever have a good future. Turn off the TV and go listen to Alex Jones. He's not a Republican, he only goes by people that want to bring the criminal banksters to justice and abolish the FED.

It's not too late for you to save you and your family for what is to come, but you're going to have to go listen to the Alex Jones show that isn't controlled by the new world order like our news is. Don't be stubborn and ignore this because if you do, you're going to hurt really bad financially with what is coming. I wish you the best.

Alex Jones is our savior? I think I would be more comfortable with the TPM/GOP than the lunatic fringe and lord knows I'm not a big fan of the TPM/GOP either.

Don't get me wrong, I do find AJ entertaining and on occasion has some valid ideas but as a leader. Perhaps not!

But the segment where Alex snuck into Bohemian grove was old school classic AJ and deserves cudos for that.

Topic...Any man that feels the need to abuse a woman for any reason is no man. And those that are apologist for that scumbag have shown themselves to be aligned with scumbags; now have absolutely no credibility in my book. It's sad because I feel I have lost friends in this thread!

You know no understanding of what the Tea Party is, what they stand for and who it is made up of.

This entire thread has nothing to do with Rand Paul or even Tim Proffit, it's only about you trying to defame the Tea Party.

This is disgusting, you are probably just angry that Rand is up in the polls, Dems are losing everywhere and the only tactic you guys have in debates or ad campaigns is bringing people's college days up, take something they say, repackage it and then comment on the repackaging as if that's what the opponent said.

You are simply angry at the Democratic party losing so you resort to slander, which is the same thing the dems are using and is exactly whey you are angry with them.

Instead of being angry at the Dems why not tell them to focus on the issues instead of college days or high school stories?

Alex Jones is the savior of human kind?? Did I miss an important memo or something? I recall that on most points, Alex probably doesn't believe what even he is saying most of the time. To be honest with you, I'd probably feel safer with "The Powers That Be" than I would with him.

And frankly I expect better from a member such as yourself, WUK.

Why?

The right get's a free pass to distort, twist, misinform, and otherwise brutalize anything the left does in this country, and when I show something that the right does, you are disappointed in me? Really? What am I supposed to be a good lefty and just take the mudslinging on a day in day out basis without fighting back?

No, what I would expect from a respected (in my case at least
) member is to break free from both sides and realize it's all a game.

We don't have to play, that's all....

Of course one can not condone this violence. Using the educated guess concept I include the lesson of the past, for my educated guess I. Remember all these types of attacks were from the far left. For Proof I remember watching victims tell their stories on television. I don't remember conservative acts like this. I remember the lefts by force if neccessary ideas. I do not remember any conservative ideas along these lines.
My idea of how this occured.

The left, having now decided to pull out all the stops chose, a young woman loyal follower to her party to give this award. Bogas, whatever. Then the left got a thug to assult her in the name of the conservative.

Now the left bloggers get on and say " Oh, this is what the republicans will do to you etc. , etc.

Look, this is what your lefty will do with his own follower. Who will be the next useful idiot. Will it be you?

While the citizens attack each other the DEM and REP continue the good guy bad guy smoke and mirrors. It will take more than one election to clean this mess up.

Okay, unleash the paid liberal blobbers. I have just used my freedom of speech.

I love to watch the Dems frenzy, you finally get something to bash the Reps with.Up untell now it has been all about the hate from the left, but haveing the MSM licking Obama boots you never hear about it.

No real facts yet, just like when the people at the capital were supposed to be so racist but no proof. This is how people act when they spend so much time and money at something and are now seeing it come down around there heads

Anything like this is a bad thing and should be looked at very carefully but Im sure if they find out this might have been a set up all you Dem shills will just crawl back into your hole and wait to start another post like this one.

To quote (I cant remember who),"Is this all you got".Its obvious truth means nothing to the Demacrats any longer. You truely have become the party of PATHETIC.

The problem is explaining why any sane person would assume all Liberals and all Conservatives act like these people or hate them for it. The only way that adds up is those who think that way are the problem in the first place.

Keep the hate flowing and we all loose. While your all fighting it out, the bad guys are having a field day.

Way above Top Secret for that Post!!!

All people on both sides of the political spectrum need to stop with the "But the other side are Evil incarnate" tripe. It amazes me that one side will condemn the actions of the other side, but turn a blind eye towards the exact same behavior exhibited from their side. Frankly, y'all disgust me when you (both sides) talk and act that way. First Bush was/is Hitler, now Obama is. Stop it, please.

If it's a wrong thing to do..... it's a wrong thing to do regardless of whose side it happens on. Beating up or tackling a protester at a politcal event.........bad thing to do unless they have a gun or bomb. Doesn't matter if you are a Tea Party, Democrat or Republican doing it..... it's still a thug thing to do.

If you can't subscibe to that, then I think you shouldn't be votiing here in America. Both sides are pushing the divide between left and right further and further, sooner or later a sinkhole is going to develop in the center if they keep doing that. Unfortunelty, I think the fissure lines are already formed for that sinkhole. I seriously doubt a centrist candidate can win in America anymore.

Stepping on that sleazy political hacks shoulder - head was no big deal. She wasn't hurt she's faking to sue and defame Rand Pauls campaign. One person did it. Taking that wig however is theft. I could use a wig like that for Halloween.

Something smells alright....I think it's ignorance though!

Perhaps you should read more of the thread than just the first page. The "provocateur" was Rand Pauls campaign coordinator, has apologized and been fired.

www.msnbc.msn.com...

whoops....there went all your credibility as well!....fail D-

Odd. Your post smells like someone so blinded by ideology that the urge to defend, distract, dismiss, and excuse has gotten in the way of an even minute interest in the whole story, facts, and truth. Given that all the information you need to know that what you are saying is not only not likely, it is hardly even possible is right here in this thread, your post is a failure.
