Canada denies Quantum free energy company the right to become a public company due to being 'danger

I was just reading about ball lightning and came across called Kiril Chukanov. He is a scientist who has is an inventor of a method for creating ball lightning for generating electricity and hydrogen

He's live in Utah in the US for over 16 years, and has had many members of the public and scientists from around the world visit his lab to see his experiments. He has been freely sharing his technologies, but yet no companies in the US have ever made any offers to fund his experiments. in 2006 he was offered a massive budget to fund his project (as well as a house and car) to develop Quantum Free Energy generator for commercialisation (this was in 2006).

I decided to do a little more research, and found out he was asked to not discuss the progress further on his site due to the fact that it was under massive funding through a commercial company.

I have just found out that 3 days ago he has made a quite significant posting on his website:

There have been many many reports of people disappearing with regards to 'free energy' developments, as obviously oil companies, industry, governments etc have a HUGE stake in the industry. But none of these stories seem to have any evidence or direct links to what has happened to these people.

However this incident states something much more direct. The Canadian Stock Exchange has denied him and his company the right to become a Public Company, stating that:

"it is dangerous for the political system"

Now this sounds very much to me like a solid no to free energy due to the enormous impact it would have on the current economy and world structure. This is not some backstreet garage experiment, but a project that has had millions poured into it's development. And so far seems to be the biggest and most upfront proof of purposeful action to stop 'free energy'.

I'll be looking into it much deeper and post up more info as I find out. if anyone else has more info please add to the thread.

In 1963, Kiril Chukanov graduated with BS in Architecture and Civil Engineering from Sofia Architectural College, which is located in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. He then studied Civil Engineering from 1963 till 1965 at the Sofia Civil Engineering Institute. During some short period of time (1992-1993) Dr. Kiril Chukanov worked on the problem of Cold Fusion at the University of Utah.

In 1993, Dr. Kiril Chukanov founded the company “General Energy International” located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Later, 1996, Dr. Chukanov founded another research company “Chukanov Quantum Energy, LLC” which exists now.

In February 2006 Dr.. Kiril Chukanov moved to Canada to work on the development of commercial prototypes of quantum free energy generators.

Interesting the he defends himself of being any type of 'agent'. Because my initial gut feeling upon seeing Russian on his website was that he is involved with the Russian gov't trying to thwart the Rockefeller/Oil NWO...

But way too early to tell.

It seems there has to be someone out there that has the funds available to make this technology widely available to the public that has their head in the right place. We just need to find this person and bring information like this to their attention before people start "disappearing".

I've always thought that a country like North Korea or Iran should invite scientists like these to come do their work in their countries, under their protection. Although it would be like making a deal with the devil, at least said scientists would have a fighting chance at developing this all-important tech. And in turn, the host country could claim responsibility as well as enormous financial gain for nurturing the creation of free energy. Sort of like a win/win with a splash of gray.

Point and case. That's all it would take is for the world to see it doesn't need to rely on anyone and the cards will all come falling down. Imagine, if none of these inventions were being withheld from us? It would be like science fiction only non-fiction...

People like that are more common than you think! Usually they are not harmed, most of them don't have the money to fund the production of their device so are relatively harmless.
If however "the powers that be" find that they have the money to carry it out then its a totally different ball game, those kinda guys go bye bye!

Well I have had a quick read through some of his articles.

Title of one example:

Now I am naturally very sceptical when I am told by somebody that they have a message from God. In the same article he claims to have predicted the fall of comunism and predicts the fall of Capitalism by 2014 (I hope sooner), the information communicated from 'God' is apparently relayed through intuition.

I understand the risks for my scientific reputation in publishing this article, especially my claim that I received (by intuition, revelation) all ideas about our universe, from God – the Super-Mind of the World. Now I‟m “pushed” again by Him (by intuition) to publish this article. Believe me, I can‟t resist this pressure from Him.

Looking through much of the content on his website, it is clear this guy is a bit of a visionary, he knows his stuff, much of what he says makes a lot of sense. The problem I have is that he also seems to be quite obsessed with God. Nothing wrong with that (up to a point), but unfortunately I've seen all of that before, thousands of times.

The Guy is most probably a little unhinged.

It's a shame money wasn't pumped into his website design lol. On a serious note this is very interesting I'm looking forward to seeing if anything transpires from it.

I find things like this really point out how backward and selfish the governments are, they want to tax us on waste and pollution, inject cash into the scam and farce that is alleged "global warming" yet they won't invest in something like this as it would cause the oil companies etc, to lose too much money.

It's funny, the other day a man came into my work (retail) and we got to talking and he was throwing out little tidbits about Tesla and told me he was Nikola Tesla's great great Grandson....! Wish we could have talked longer!!!!!

Very interesting stuff looks like the guy is tapping a plasma created using low pressure atmosphere and microwave stimulation.

I don't know about his legal problems but my guess would be that if he is not trying to scam the general public that he is legit. He has certainly built some impressive props at the very least, very cool stuff.

you should check out jnaudin.free.fr... Jean Louis Naudine has created a huge library of documented overunity and electric propulsion experiments. I have been tracking his site for years and he has no public peer, he is one of a kind.

So energy companies cant just make the tech and charge redicolous (spelled wrongly for emphasis) prices to access it. Of course it is called "free" energy but it isnt like they couldnt commercialize it. O well, maybe I am just thinking too logically. Plus, it would cost them less because they wouldnt have to pay for fuels.

Oh but they allow the selling of alcohol and cigarettes and other things that can kill us, but when it comes to actually HELPING society what happens?
