I'm sorry man, that's why I did not direct it at anyone specifically. I am all for the TRUTH, but some of these people just completely go off the deep end, not in speculation, but in CLAIMS. They claim to KNOW something, which is the same ignorance that will hinder everyone's progress towards the truth.

I'm with all my brothers and sisters on this planet, I just get frustrated when the ignorance present in many of these threads ends up turning influential experts, people who can and WANT to help the public away.

When the Taliban claim credit as they appear to be doing, is their message for other Islamics to feel confidence in their efforts, or to strike terror in the hearts of New Yorkers and Time Square fans?

I find it strange that youtube removed this video after it has appeared on this website also. They claim a use violation caused it to be removed.

Is all of this just to calm people's nerves? I did read the article in the Washington Post where Janet Napolitano does say that the surveillance cameras in Times Square will probably help to discover who did plant the Nissan loaded with explosives so there will be some government solution to satisfy the cries of the masses soon.

Despite its being a failure, the Taliban are using this to show that their agents are doing their work...so don't discount this tactic at all.

If it was a decoy then whatever was supposed to happen, happened already. That being said we have not had another attack yet. It's almost 24 hours. This is a good sign that the worse is over IMO. If I were a mastermind I would detonate the decoy and plan the major attack within 1-3 hours. But that is me.

White Male in 40s Seen on Tape Near Scene of Car Bomb Attempt

a white male in his 40s was seen near the SUV that was parked on a Times Square street and packed with explosives.

Authorities found potentially deadly explosives in SUV left in Times Square. The man was seen leaving the area and shedding a dark shirt, revealing a red shirt underneath, about a half block from where survellance cameras saw the vehicle entering Times Square in New York City at about 6:28 pm Saturday. The video of the possible suspect is expected to be released later today.

Yeah I definately think this is a prelude to a false flag attack. This was orchestrated by the Obama Bin layed BS terror group. Lets put some sh*t out there to prepare the sheeple.............

Just throwin my view out here. As many have said, as soon as a failed bomb is failed, Taliban quickly jump up and say its them. Being in NYC and quite a popular land mark would the Taliban make such a shoddy bomb that it didnt detonate? I would of thought they would of re-checked all the wiring etc to make sure it did go off seein as its location is in one of the biggest cities of their enemy (the west) Im not sure what to make of it ..
