Compile this with the fact that Obama is going to ask Russia for troops to help police american streets, and the picture becomes all too clear! The gov't knows american troops will not fire on it's own citizens, so they will bring in the "B-Team", which is foreign troops!

RAND/Army Report Calls For Militarized Police Force For U.S.
Authors admit Federal "Stabilization Force" could be used domestically

Steve Watson
Infowars.net
Thursday, Jan 21, 2010

A recent study commissioned by the U.S. Army and written by the RAND Corporation calls for the creation of a "hybrid" military/law enforcement unit which could be put to use in the United States to take charge of riot control and SWAT duties, according to the authors.

Add in the facts of all the Wars being kept going.
--The Earthquake in Haiti, and the need for troops and help.

Kelly said that the main focus of the force would be in places like Iraq, Afghanistan or Haiti, in light of the earthquake disaster, adding that it could operate as a U.S. force under U.N. authority.

You really could spin this story in many different ways..
However my personal feeling... Is this isn't good.. I never like hearing about outsourcing for a World Army.. NWO.

You wonder what "his holiness" Obama is going to try to do next to take down America..seeing as health care did not pan out. He is a cool con-man, playing a game, a facade of intelligence/caring, behing that silky smooth voice that drops 3 octaves when he speaks his lies........i think he is going to be more blatent in his attempts to destroy America in order to usher in socialism, and people are not going to like it.

The people that right this stuff are to funny. It's not happening, not going to happen, stop worrying. No russian troops are going to land here and start patrolling/controlling anything....this isn't RED DAWN

infowars could say that tomorrow the earth is going to split in two and each half is going to roll away from one another...on one side is the NWO (from the equator north) and the other side is US (from the equator south)...and I promise you..some fool somewhere will pack up his stuff and head in the appropriate direction....

You have to understand that the Rand Corporation is nothing more than government welfare for PhD's that can't make it on their own. They sit in their cubicles and produce studies such as:
“Recruiting Minorities: What Explains Recent Trends in the Army and Navy?”

Since 2000, black representation among high-quality recruits in the Army has decreased, while Hispanic representation has increased; in the Navy, black representation has remained stable and Hispanic representation has increased. (Recruits are considered to be high-quality if they have graduated high school and score above average on the Armed Forces Qualification Test.) The decline in black enlistments is of concern both because black youth have traditionally been a key market segment for the Army and because Congress has expressed concern about the degree to which military enlistments proportionately reflect the population that the U.S. military defends. Asch, Heaton, and Savych examine military and civilian data to identify factors — such as differences among blacks, Hispanics, and whites in their responsiveness to various recruiting tools and their views on the war in Iraq — that explain these trends. The authors conclude with a discussion of which policies are likely to be most effective in increasing high-quality enlistments among blacks, Hispanics, and whites.

Real heady stuff!

Don't waste the $24.00 for the study. Just go sit in a recruiting office for a few hours, and you'll know as much as the "authors" of the study.
I wouldn't worry about anything that the Rand Corp puts out.

Russian troops in the U.S. Wolverinessssssss!!!!! Hey, isn't there going to be a remake of Red Dawn coming to theaters soon?

I recall in the 1980's seeing films of Soviet troops in Afghanistan. The lead vehcile in a convoy would be destroyed and the rest of the convoy just stopped. Eventually soldiers would emerge from vehicles, apparantly wondering, gee, what do we do now, and Afghanistan resistance fighters picking off the soldiers from high in rocky enclaves. Maybe this was all just U.S. propaganda, but the predominantly Russian soldiers didn't seem to have a clue what to do........and died.

Have fun, Russian soldiers, facing a 100 million armed Americans. And don't forget the thugs that run rampant in the urban areas.

what happened to the 20 odd threads from the past that told us we were being signed under martial law? What about the even more threads and news from infowars over Bushes supposed martial law declaration?

Every month there is another thread going on about martial law, and its been going on since this website was born. I mean really? How many times do we have to hear the same people yell fire??

Calm Before The Storm? A Reply To My Last Post And You Better Read IT

Well it seems NORTHCOM agrees with your view.

Below is some of what a former US military Flag officer sent me .

Russian forces have been asked to help in America

" I have some very recent and specific information about Russian (yes I said Russian) forces which have been tapped to "assist" U.S. forces in the near future. My wife is Russian and one of her relatives is a high placed officer who I know very well (by-the-way I speak fairly good Russian).

Several weeks ago (I am not sure of the exact date) Lt. Gen. Steven Blum the Deputy Commander of NORTHCOM requested from the Russian government pursuant to a secret agreement the use of 3 to 4 brigades of military security forces to be deployed in the U.S. presumably to assist local law enforcement in "peace keeping operations". When the request was made this very senior officer which my wife is related to expressed serious concerns about losses because of how well the "Americans" were armed. This officer and relative told me directly that he was assured by Gen. Blum that his forces would not be in the direct line of fire and that they would be free to use "whatever force was necessary to defend themselves and prevent future attacks".

What would a dis-info agent say to such a claim I bet it would look alot like your post. Are we not here to discuss this kind of thing but you make it personal right off the bat. Why would you do that? And why would you be trying to sway it so far as to make the claim you are destroying the country by bringing it up? If it walks like a duck........

I really do hate being a stick in the mud, considering I have an open mind, but here is what I sincerely think about this: it is the boy who cried wolf. People have been posting threads warning of the "Obama declaring martial law" stuff ever since he was sworn in. This past summer, the new year, Copenhagen, you name it, have all come and gone with warnings of coinciding martial law declarations that never occurred. This argument simply has no credibility left at all. Such a shame, because if and when it actually happens, I will not be aware. Talk about the boy who cried wolf!

Here's why we're in Haiti:remixxworld.blogspot.com..., January 16, 2010
Haiti Has Larger Oil Reserves Than Venezuela Says Scientists (An Olympic Pool Compared to a Glass of Water)
I have heard rumors that Haiti has vast oil reserves -- and that the globalists want these reserves. However, the globalists cannot get the reserves, because the oil belongs to the Haitian people. So the globalists do not allow the Haitians to exploit the oil reserves, because it would allow the Haitian people to prosper. It would allow the Haitians to build proper infrastructure, so that 7.0 earthquakes do not have such a devastating effect

Also, back in 1997, then Secretary of Defense William Cohen admitted that HAARP could cause earthquakes.
"Others [terrorists] are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves… So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations…It's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensify our [counterterrorism] efforts."
Former Secretary of Defense William Cohen at an April 1997 counterterrorism conference sponsored by former Senator Sam Nunn. Quoted from DoD News Briefing

The reason Obama has failed with Copenhagen so far is because it got exposed by people like the ones here at ATS. I'll show more documentation tomorrow on Copenhagen, for it is far from over.

BUsh never got the right national emergency to fully declare martial law. But he did accomplish the real id act of 2005, and left office with executive orders signed that gave him supreme dictatorial powers in the event he did declare martial law. I'll post more on this for ya tomorrow if you like?

Well, well, well. The economy is going to collapse. So far as I'm concerned that's one of the few "givens" in all of this. Anyone who doubts this should consider investing in a bridge I have for sale in New York.

What's also very obvious and is a dead give away that Uncle is well aware of this is the rearranging of troops stationed here in the US and the summer training the reserves got this past year. Ft.Knox, near where I live, got an infantry brigade last fall. That's the first time since before the days of Patton infantry of any sizeable numbers have been based there. Almost all of the reserves I've heard from practiced taking control of small towns, road blocks, door to door searches etc. One of those exercises was done here in Kentucky.

A lot, if not most, people assume that if martial law is declared there will be announcements in the paper on TV and radio with signs posted everywhere and maybe even some skywriters. That's not how it will go down.

Unless there is some kind of event like something goes boom in a major city and they hit the streets, something I personally doubt, they will roll out under the cover of darkness and most of America will wake up to roadblocks and public service announcements telling them to stay put under orders and under threat.

They only have the manpower to contain major cities and high value installations so the majority of us rural dwellers won't be affected immediately.

I'll get flamed for this but before you bother consider something. What if you wake up one morning to exactly the scenario mentioned above and then some talking head on the tube informs you that sorry, the country's broke and those few dollars you own aren't worth the paper they're printed on? Think you'll be pissed? Think you'll be pissed enough to finally want to do something? Uncle believes you will and he's ready for you.

Think I'm full of it? We'll see. I've been watching the ducks line up for over two years now and I'm not alone. And I didn't need Alex Jones to hold my hand.

Folks, it's not if, it's when and the "when" ain't far off. It's so close now you can almost smell it.

As to foreign troops, I have to wonder if anyone besides us is stupid enough to send their boys into a meat grinder. The cities will be a zoo but out here in the country they'll run into worse. We know how to use our guns, we know the terrain and we know how move around in it. A lot of us did a stretch in the military and Uncle didn't waste his money training us. We'll bleed 'em like hogs.

Hey, you scumbags in Washington, lets go ahead and get this dance started I'm tired of all the BS and talk. The sooner we start the sooner we get it over with.

Click on the link provided to read the whole body of these 2 Directives. No alex jones, no conspiracy websites, just the facts! So I don't think you naysayers here can have much to complain about now?
Since a lot of you like to crack on "infowars.com", (and that's understandable), let's take a look at GW Bush's martial law EO, shall we?

www.globalresearch.ca...
New presidential directive gives Bush dictatorial power
National Security & Homeland Security Presidential Directive establishes "National Continuity Policy"
by Larry Chin

The National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive, signed on May 9, 2007 declares that in the event of a “catastrophic event”, George W. Bush can become what is best described as "a dictator":

"The President shall lead the activities of the Federal Government for ensuring constitutional government."

This directive, completely unnoticed by the media, and given no scrutiny by Congress, literally gives the White House unprecedented dictatorial power over the government and the country, bypassing the US Congress and obliterating the separation of powers. The directive also placed the Secretary of Homeland Security in charge of domestic “security”.

The full text is below. A critical analysis on the directive can be found here.

This is another step towards official martial law (see “US government fans homeland security fears”), which suggests that a new "catastrophic event" 9/11-type pretext could be in the pipeline.

I'm not going to flame you for what you said! I agree with your statement 1000%! I have said the same thing for many years now myself. Some in my own family think I even need "professional" help.

People in the usa won't be laughing when it all hits the fan either and the camps start to fill up! This has been the plan for many years, but the feds haven't had the right emergency to instill martial law yet. Bill Clinton, GW Bush, and even GHW Bush all got chewed out for not being able to gain more control of the american masses by the ones who control them(the illuminati), and boy are they pissed off!

I don't look for anything major though until "hyperinflation" hits america really bad though, and the dollar completely tanks. They (the elite) have already tried once again with the h1n1 and the bird flu virus to create a pandemic to get the martial law ball rolling, and we didn't fall for it.

So, the last ace in the hole for the globalists will be their trump card, and that is our economy.

Amen brother!

The peacenicks, Ghandi-ites and the Hopesters to see need to stay under their beds and behind their sofas puffing that hopeium until we get this mess straightened out. Hope, boy has that word seen its day come and go.

By the way, one of my favorite Ghandi quotes goes like this:
"Among the many misdeeds of the British rule in India, history will look upon the Act depriving a whole nation of arms as the blackest."

I want peace as bad as anyone alive but I know, like Ghandi knew, that you can't get it and you can't keep it with your hands tied behind your back. Some things are worth fighting for.
