Obama's Safe Schools Czar Tied to Lewd Readings for 7th Graders

www.foxnews.com

One recommended book is titled "Queer 13: Lesbian and Gay Writers Recall Seventh Grade." On pages 43 through 45, writer Justin Chin tells of how as a 13-year-old, he went along with "near-rapes" by older men, but "really did enjoy those sexual encounters." Chin also recounts each sexual action he performed with an "ugly f*** of a man" he met on a bus.

DISCLAIMER
So that this doesn't become an alright shoot-out or a disfunctional, unconstructive thread, please refrain from spewing hate towards any one or group.

My thoughts are that this kind of graphic, overally sexual material should not be made available for children. Why does a 7th grader need to read about graphic pedophillia? Those that are turned on by having sexual experiences with children are probably not mentally healthy individuals. Why would we want such disgusting stories (stories about pediphillia) about them to be given out to our young people? Why not have them learn more about the history of the US? Perhaps challenge these students more by pushing education not child porn.

Disagree? I would love to know why.

I believe that the government and the schools should stay out of the personal lives of children. It should be up to the parents to decide what they learn and when. Also, I believe that they are brainwashing kids to think that being gay is ok and even should be encouraged. Thats up to the kids to decide for themsevles.

And are you surprised? The man is a degenerate and has no business being involved with children in any fashion. I actually wonder shy this piece of human offal hasn't been removed yet.....ala Jones. To afraid to upset certain "special" people if he's gone after perhaps?

Has anybody noticed the type of people Obama has picked for his "Czars"? These are not people you would want to sit down and have a beer with. Every one that he has chosen is an extremist of one type or another. Since we are on the subject, what is with having all of these Czars anyway? How about we just sh*tcan the lot of them and save us all some grief.

Good luck at trying to seperate Government from education. If you honestly think that politicians are going to resist having the access of being able to influence the minds of future voters, I have a bridge that I want to sell you. It's brand new, only one owner and cheap.

It is disturbing that this man was allowed anywhere near government, and even more so that he is an advisor to the president on how the government will raise those children who have been sacrificed to the government sponsored youth propaganda camps we call schools by their parents who had something better to do than raise their children.

Just one more thing to confront people with when asked why I home school my five children.

These people are evil and sick and will not come near my kids.

More from OPs source link:

On Page 13 of a third book, "Reflections of a Rock Lobster," the author recounts his sexual encounters in first grade.

"By first grade I was sexually active with many friends. In fact, a small group of us regularly met in the grammar school lavatory to perform fellatio on one another. A typical week's schedule would be Aaron and Michael on Monday during lunch; Michael and Johnny on Tuesday after school; Fred and Timmy at noon Wednesday; Aaron and Timmy after school on Thursday. None of us ever got caught, but we never worried about it anyway."

This is just sick, disturbing behavior. I personal feel that homosexuality is a mental disorder and I am not afraid to say it. It is more than just an attraction to the wrong gender; it is often more about the deviant behavior than anything else. That is to say, it is usually not motivated by the same feelings of a normal person but instead focuses on some of the most lewd and disgusting acts two or more people can perform with each other. I believe that deep inside these people simply want to rebel in the worst way they know how, or that they harbor a deep sub conscious self loathing and are punishing themselves.

Can you just imagine the outrage if this had been a czar that President Bush appointed? The people an Press would be screaming for blood. But since it's an obama czar it gets very little coverage.
This piece of waste should not be allowed anywhere's near a school or children.

As much as I despise every fiber of obamas puppet being, this story is a big nothing. The only critics whose opinion matters are the parents. In this article the critics are a gaggle of nosy loons called "Family Research Council", who should be ignored by parents as much as obama and his lackeys..

My kid can read anything he wants, I'm confident he'll grow up home schooled smart and informed enough to make his own choices. obama, his lackey czar & the Family Research Council are all irrelevant strangers not to be trusted or talked to.

The only purpose this article serves is to stir the pot of division... keep the left vs right bickering about the nonsensical opinions of others.

This issue goes way beyond lewd readings. This " fisting advocate" appointed by Obama is a scumbag!! There is a bill on the hill to get him fired. If this does not stick it will be time to pull this guy out of his office by force.

H. Res. 966:

Calling on the President and the Secretary of Education to fire Kevin Jennings from his post as...www.govtrack.us...

Even more on this member of Obama's cabinet regarding his past advice to kids.
townhall.com...

Tough to find words to describe this guy who is charged with the safety of our children in our public schools.

I don't understand the need for these types of books for school children. The perceived point of school is for learning and gaining knowledge.

First - it isn't the school's job to teach children about sex in the first place. This is an area of parents to discuss with their children. It's personal, emotional, confusing, and sometimes leads to a religious discussion. Kids have a lot of questions that they would be way too embarrassed to ask in a public setting. A school cannot provide all the necessary attention and information a growing teenager needs to understand sex.

I say my first statement because that's the only possible reason I could imagine for wanting a 12 year old to read about such private matters. I do not understand how this book has potential literary value to a 12 year old. In my opinion, there is nothing to be learned or gained from reading a book about pedophilia, rape, and sex at premature age.

It is very important to teach children and teenagers about the possible dangers they may occur. Rape happens, drugs happen, sex happens - but this is a very tender age, and to be so blatant can be very damaging for a growing mind who still has so many unanswered questions. I can see the confusion, both sexually and mentally, this book will potentially cause. I fail to see any good in this book.

I hope students and parents have the options to read another book. I remember when I was in the fifth grade, our teacher wanted us to read "My Brother Sam is Dead". It's a great, fictional war book. However, the book has swearing, violence, et cetera in it. The teacher sent a letter home asking the parents if this book was okay after receiving permission from the principal. Anyone who wished to read a different book was able to do so. The only "issue" was more work for the teacher - and he was happy to do it to give everyone a chance at the learning they desired.

Remember, the man that appointed him said "Judge me by the people I surround myself with". O.k., we have, and found you disgusting.

I voted for Obama... I drank the purple punch. Now I have a hangover that you wouldn't believe. I can not believe that any one thinks these things are apropriate topics for kids.

When my wife first asked where babys come from her mom opened an anatomy text book. Then she proceeded to teach her in a scientific way. Mix in a discussion about the emotional side and rigors of child care. Then you have the right way of going about it.

Telling twelve year olds about how you broke the rules and law to enjoy oral sex is not the right way. It sets a bad moral example whether it is a gay or straight relationship. It avoids the deeper discussions we must have about sex and develops a desire for promiscuity over intimacy.

Wow I think I officially turned in to my dad.

This is a continuation of the sexualization of our youth which is used as a means to undermine what remnants of a society we have left. I'm not naive enough to think that children aren't sexual at times and that they don't experiment but books like this cross the line and are endorsing and promoting such activity. It further undermines the role of the family in modern American life and I would go so far as to say it is designed to entrench children, at an early age, in the selfish, hedonistic attitude we find so prevalent in many adults lacking any sort of useful cognitive abilities.

They want to teach our children to be more like adults, overly concerned with sex, material goods and social status and keep them from thinking about important matters or even developing any sort of philosophical or moral code by which to live. It is a preemptive strike against any hope of a productive future society and it's aim is to create more drones who will be appeased by bread and circuses. It's one of the first steps in creating adults with no self control.

As for these "Czars", it's hard to hear such a term so often yet dismiss the idea that Obama is a socialist.

Is it fair to judge someone by the people they choose to surround themselves with?

Man, Obama has picked some real winners.

We are really sending mixed messages to our children. We treat them like adults when it comes to sex and other issues, but treat them like children who can't think for themselves when it comes to other stuff. I don't think 7th graders are mature enough for things this graphic...late highschool maybe but junior high? no-way

Can I assume that all you folks, being the good ATSers you are, have vetted the sources for this information and that it is, in fact, proven true and accurate? It doesn't seem at all 'over-the-top' to anyone in 18 posts? Not that FOX news, Limbaugh, et al would ever mislead.

To me, it just seemd a bit too much that this guy could be everything FOX et al say he is.
