Total Truth, The Use of Media Assets to Impose "Reality"

A great source of information regarding the United States Military can be found in the U.S. Army Journal, Military Review . The inspiration for what would become "MindWar" can be traced to this journal, where, in1980, Lt Col. John B. Alexander wrote an article entitled, "The New Mental Battlefield: Beam Me Up Spock". In it, the capabilities for long range projection of Mind Control and other forms of invasive activities against humans was mentioned.

He writes,

Several examples will demonstrate areas in which progress has been made … The transference of energy from one organism to another … The ability to heal or cause disease can be transmitted over a distance, thus inducing illness or death for no apparent cause … Telepathic behaviour modification, which includes the ability to induce hypnotic states up to distances in excess of 1,000 kilometres, has been reported. The use of telepathic hypnosis also holds great potential. This capability could allow agents to be deeply planted with no conscious knowledge of their programming. In movie terms, the Manchurian Candidate lives and does not even require a phone call. Other mind-to-mind thought induction techniques are being considered. If perfected, this capability could allow the direct transference of thought via telepathy from one mind, or group of minds, to a selected target audience. The unique factor is that the recipient will not be aware that thoughts have been implanted from an external source. He or she will believe that thoughts are original."

MindWar is the product of two authors, the then "Colonel Paul E. Vallely" (interesting to note the the original document contains a "typo" and refers to "Vallely" as "Valley", and Michael Aquino. At the time of the writing, Michael Aquino was a PSYOP Research & Analysis Team Leader and a Special Forces Reserve officer and had, five years prior to the release of MindWar, founded the Temple of Set .

Aquino was instrumental in leading "black magic" rituals at Wewelsburg Castle in Germany, the same venue that Heinrich Himmler held rituals for his "Teutonic Knights" where Himmler appointed himself the "Grand Master". Aquino would later be suspected in involvement in child molestation in Nebraska and at military day care centers in San Francisco. Link

The Principles of MindWar

So what really is "MindWar"? Per the authors definitions, MindWar is the deliberate, aggressive convincing of all participants in a war that we will win that war. It is deliberate in that it is planned, systematic, and comprehensive effort involving all levels of activity from the strategic to the tactical. It is aggressive because opinions and attitudes must be actively changes from those antagonistic to us to those supportive of us.

Contained in this philosophy is a recognition that "all participants" include the national audience engaged in waging a war (the United States civilian population) as well as those of the targeted country (the enemy population), and everyone else in between.

Such words as "Shock and Awe" perhaps can be put into perspective when considered as part of a "MindWar" campaign: the imagery evoked was such that there was to be concluded "no doubts" as to who the "winner" and the "loser" was to be in the invasion of Iraq.

The "projection" of MindWar is effected through the control of "media assets". In its strategic context, MindWar must reach out to friends, enemies, and neutrals alike across the globe...through the media possessed by the United States which have the capabilities to reach virtually all people on the face of the Earth. These media are, of course, the electronic media - television and radio. "State of the art developments in satellite communication, video recording techniques, and laser and optical transmissions of broadcasts make possible a penetration of minds of the world such as would have been inconceivable just a few years ago. LIke the sword of Excalibur, we have but to reach out and seize this tool; and it can transform the world for us if we have the courage and integrity to enhance civilisation with it. If we do not accept Excalibur, then we relinquish our ability to inspire foreign cultures with our morality. If they then desire moralities unsatisfactory to us, we have no choice but to fight them on a more brutish level."

Perhaps this gives more insights into the investment of high tech "media relations centers" and the use of imbedded journalists. MindWar must target all participants if it is to be effective. It strengthens the United States by denying enemy propaganda access to our people, and by explaining and emphasizing to our people the rationale for our national interests in a specific war.

Perhaps that explains why we hear senior "members" of Congress in the early days "lamenting" that President Bush was not "forceful enough in getting out our case to the American people"?

MindWar recognises that it is technically "unlawful" to target the citizens of the United States. Under existing United States law, PSYOP units may not target American citizens, so MindWar spins reality to reveal its inherent philosophical foundation:

..it must be axiomatic that it always speaks the truth. Its power lies in its ability to focus recipients attention on the truth of the future as well as that of the present. MindWar thus involves the stated promise of the truth that the United States has resolved to make real if it is not already so.

The thesis goes on to state, Unlike PSYOP, MindWar has nothing to do with deception or even with "selective" and therefore misleading - truth. Rather it states a whole truth that, if it does not now exist, will be forced into existence by the will of the United States.

MindWar, therefore, assumes that all "things" posited are "truth", and hence it really becomes a dogma of "Total Truth". If it does not exist today, then it shall be true tomorrow. If not tomorrow, then the following day. There shall be no deviation from "the truth as posited".

"Talking heads" are the primary weapons of "Total Truth" or "MindWar". The document goes on to say, ...the MindWar operative must know that he speaks the truth, and he must be personally committed to it. What he says is only a part of MindWar; the rest - the test of the effectiveness - lies in the conviction he projects to his audience, in the rapport he establishes with it.

MindWar, then, is a willful coercive measure enacted against the target audience using an inverse form of brainwashing. The concept begins with "statements" that lead to "inevitable truths" as projected by MindWar operatives who themselves are "personally committed" to the idea behind the "projected truth". For the mind to believe its own decisions, it must feel that it made those decisions without coercion.

Yet MindWar is coercive nonetheless! Further, it works under assumptions of electromagnetic interference as referenced in Psychotronics and "The New Mental Battlefield: Beam Me Up Spock" from 1980: There are some purely natural conditions under which minds become more or less receptive to ideas, and MindWar should take full advantage of such phenomena as atmospheric electromagnetic activity, air ionization, and extremely low frequency waves.

All of this, of course, links back to such technologies as "HAARP" and other directed energy weapons targeted at the human mind. Even television radio transmitters can be used as weapons to pacify the mind to be more receptive to the message, subliminal or otherwise.



MindWar and Fox News

So how does all this link into Fox News? We can start with the author of MindWar himself.

General Paul E. Vallely is a military analyst for FOX News Channel and is a guest on many nationally syndicated radio talk shows.

General Vallely was born in DuBois, Pa. He retired in 1991 from the U.S. Army as deputy commanding general, U.S. Army, Pacific in Honolulu, Hawaii. General Vallely graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and was commissioned in the Army in 1961 serving a distinguishing career of 32 years in the Army. He has over 15 years experience in Special Operations, Psychological and Civil-Military Operations.

He was one of the first nominees for assistant secretary of Defense for Special Operations under President Reagan. From 1982-1986, he commanded the 351st Civil Affairs Command that included all Special Forces, Psychological Warfare and Civil Military units in the Western United States and Hawaii. He was the first president of the National Psychological Operations Association.

General Vallely is also a guest lecturer on the War on Terror. He is the Military Committee chairman for the Center for Security Policy in Washington, DC. He has just co-authored a book entitled "Endgame – Blueprint for Victory for Winning the War on Terror."

Fox News' "military expert' is a MINDWAR OPERATIVE, and that this is so, it should be presumed that so is O'Reilly and other's who are "personally committed" to MindWar.

It was Paul Vallely who was front and center in the Valerie Plame "outing".



That Fox News is using a MindWar operative hints clear that MindWar is part and parcel of the larger Jewish War on humanity, for MindWar cannot be successful without the full and concious support of America's Jewish media assets.

Fox News is a Murdoch asset, and Murdoch is a known operative of global Zionism. He is powerful beyond most imagination, as his "News Corp" has fought tooth and nail to create a reality where Israeli talking points are the only accepted views to be discussed.

These people are not "stupid" and know full well the Satanic angle and strategy of Vallely and Aquino. That they are used implies clear that such was so because there was a strategic reason to allow it to be so.
