I think it's also worth pointing out that I'm almost fully certain that it's the camera panning to the right at the end, not the dot moving to the left. A simple attempt to create the illusion of movement from the dot.

first of all. vision-unlimited has got nothing to do with the author or the source of this video. vision-unlimited is the webspace provider only, so that you can download this video.

what a small minded way of thinking you hoax-shouters have, it is just ridicolous!

and something other, the log, is the log. the video, is the video. it does not show the object in the watter, which is due to no further information to remain unknown and it does not show a hollywood chasing of a ufo. it only does show some certain parts of the interception process.

so dont call this a hoax or compare it with one, you just take the easy way, too easy. but it aint that easy, folks.

it IS something new and special and do not let it be ruined by those hoax-shouters.

ps: i have to say this again. as you spoke of vision-unlimited and that you found about it and stuff i just had to laugh! because i never thought you people would put these two things together. next time a file like this will be hosted on the disney server. wtf! this really upsets me, because you do not even think about it all, you just see and connect useless # to suit your opinion, thats bull#, not arguing or figuring out, what we really can see.

You can see, however, how one would think it's a hoax just from having it hosted on a film-makers site, can't you? There are so many hoaxers out there that it is best, I think, to start off assuming it's a hoax and working from there. If a video is legit, the pros can tell.

What makes this a fake is what Ignorant Ape already stated. The aircraft doesnt not change direction but by a few degrees. He is in straight and level flight, the OP said the object out-turned the fast mover. I am sure it did, because the jet never turned.

Cometa, I'm assuming from the childishness of your rant, your lack of proper punctuation and spelling, that you are quite young (as seems to be the case with many on the board here). But here's a tip - a good education and a little maturity can be very helpful as you go through life.

Hi Casino2112,

I've assumed that the some of the flaws you mention in Cometa's post are because he may be one of the members of the group of German students film makers mentioned in my earlier post.

The English in several of the relevant posts in this thread, including the original post, is somewhat stilted (but far better than my German would be...).

it is you who is making surreal claims of " locked down carriers " and ariel interceptions of UFOs ,

the one peice of " evidence " you present does not tally with your written statement - and as i have already pointed out , it shows no activity out of the ordinary in the HUD data - the plane is in level flight on a constant heading , and does not react in any way to the " ufo "

The UFO was floating extremely still in mid air, this was 30,000 ft above ground level. There was a bright light and suddenly it dissapeared, out of sight.

I'm afraid I found your post a bit confused and confusing.

I was the first to suggest this video _may_ be a hoax (and identified the group that appears to be behind it), but I haven't noticed anyone "jumping on my nuts".

I think I would have noticed that sort of thing.

The only question in this thread is whether _this_ particular video is genuine or not.

i agree i cant comprehend why it is people always bash so hard on others that they are hoaxers especially when the informant still has more information to provide.
they way people react were lucky anyone comes forward, there is no concrete proof that the video is fake or real so i say get all the evidence then decide before chassing people off.

I did not mean the community of ATS. In my post I made that clear, becasue the community does not have power to delete threads. Sometimes you have to read between the lines Ape. Enough said.

As according to the HUD, the aircraft is flying at Flight Level 200. The aircraft maintained this the entire time and never performed any form of maneuvers, nor did the UFO in question until at the very end when it simply zipped off.

The only thing I noticed here was the FLIR zooming in and out. This is a poor attempt at a video proving a radical story. The video doesn't even show anything that the corresponding story explains, there were never any maneuvers done by any of the aircraft except at the end.

When the other files are linked would you consider going over those too? They are the log files and a powerpoint presentation that accompanied the video so therefore are allegedly military generated. Would love to have your opinion on these also.

I'll take a look at it, you might also want to obtain the council of Ignorant_Ape, Waynos, Westpoint32, and the other subject matter experts in the Aircraft Projects forum. There will be where you'll find all the expertise in this area. The UFO forums however, sadly are plagued with people who are not knowledgeable in this area.

Just post the rest of the files, the more information we have, the better our conclusion on the matter can be.
