Muaddib, there’s no doubt that earth isn’t the only planet being affected with severe weather and planetary changes. As we move closer to the galactic center of the milky way we will see more quakes, hurricanes and severe weather . Just because we are expecting more does not mean man is not manipulating some storms or quakes. Because we expect it, man will get away with more.

For those who don’t think it’s possible to manipulate a hurricane or cause a quake, need to deny ignorance and do some research.

and he sure didn't get his theory in any reputable school.

In order to be considered a meteorologist you must fulfill one of the following:
-Bachelor of science in meteorology.
-Bachelor of sciencein a related science such as physics and 12+ credits in meteorology.
-Interpretive Memorandum, plus 3 years experience.

Im not seeing anything solid about weather generation, so I remain skeptical. I once thought it was probably possible and true, until I rehashed my weather lessons in school and realized the physics dont fly, at least with our current state of technology.

Skadi, your comment is a very logical one but a cat 4 hurricane doesn't just appear. It starts small and builds up as it travels across the ocean. The energy that is used by scalar weapons does not come from electric companies, it comes from the vacuum or ether. There is an unlimited amount that can be used to produce high and low pressure areas, winds at any altitude, any direction and also heat ocean tempertures or cool them.

For a hurricane to form it starts out as a tropical disturbance, a massive thunderstorm. There are approximately 100 per hurricane season and usually only about 10 of them grow any bigger or into tropical storms. So even if they were unable to form a hurricane, they have a 100 to play with. In order for a tropical depression to form into a tropical storm and up to a hurricane, all it takes is winds and warm ocean temps. The warm air/moisture is sucked up into the eye, then it cools and comes back down. This cycle repeats and causes wind pressures to change which causes the vertical system. Scalar weapons can easily create winds and heat the atomsphere in front of a hurricane and keep it growing and even change the direction of it.

At the same time, of course, the scalar interferometer operators also will use similar techniques to divert, change, and steer the jet streams and winds in the path or area, so that the exact steering direction desired is easily achieved.

Well if your going to call someone nuts it's kinda silly to be very specifc as the idea is to ruin his credbility entirely. I presume that is the situation in this case even if he is simply quoting Bearden on the Yakuza claims.
