In another spectacular example of our post conviction society; the handfull of protesting students, who's actions had them signaled out for arrest and explosion, want a "do over.""

Some people wrongfully believe that the feedom of speech and freedom of religion allows them to do what ever they want. these demonstrations weren't about peaceful protests, and these peoples action should have consquences.

But I also believe that social media manipulation is helping drive these people to a frenzy.

Freedoms for others end at the tip end of our noses. Leave us alone, don't hurt others especially children, and we will be happy as larks to let you say whatever you want and believe in whatever god you think is real or imaginary. Just don't break bones. Don't rape or steal the virginity of any body orifices, nor take the rights and freedoms of others, and society will see no reason to seek the arrest of those unless they are indeed doing any of those things.

To paraphrase and update songwriter and brilliant lyracist, Greg Graffin (Bad Religion):

Everyone's 'groomed' for something, and they all assume someone else knows what that it. No one can live a decision of their own. So it seems they need for someone else to; tell them what to be, what to wear, what to say, how to act and think, and then compel others compulsively until the world is all like them.

No Direction

What Netanyahu and other top officials are in contention international law. They are being investigated by the ICC for crimes against humanity and genocide. Arrest warrents are about to be issued. Making them war criminals..

Are you saying that people should not have the right to protest against genocide or is that something you support too?

How many times do I have to post this ....
People .. pay attention.
Protesting against the actions of the Israeli government is one thing.
But that's not what is happening at the protests.

The Legal Consequences of Criminal Threats and Intimidation

LAW INFO

Assault: Assault is when someone causes another person to fear that they will be physically harmed. Physical contact is not necessary to prove assault; a threat is enough to prove assault.

Menacing: Menacing is a crime with which people are charged when they intentionally cause someone to fear for their physical safety.

Harassment: Harassment is conduct involving any communications (phone call, email, voicemail, text messages, etc.), in-person stalking, or any other persistent and repeated actions meant to intimidate someone over an extended period.

Terrorism: In some jurisdictions, threats that involve certain behaviors or certain targets will be considered terrorist threats. Terrorism typically involves a threat to commit a violent act.

Criminal mischief: This means damaging property while making threats or engaging in intimidation.

That gets applied to an individual who committed the crime of direct threats.

You can’t cherry pick a few instances of a dumbass saying something and then say every protester is guilty of saying it.

Until they as a group trespass and occupy land, working as a group to stop and ask people if they are Jewish. Working as a group to stop people from going about their lives and access to the services they paid for.

Joel Curran, the University of Southern California’s senior vice president of communications, said campus property, including the Tommy Trojan statue, was vandalized Saturday by individuals who are part of the group that has continued "to illegally camp on our campus."

"Despite repeated warnings, this group has also continued to disrupt our campus operations and harass students and others, in violation of numerous university policies," Curran said. "While the university fully supports freedom of expression, these acts of vandalism and harassment are absolutely unacceptable and will not be tolerated."

The last few months has exposed the modern Left as being completely fake.

They do not care about inclusion. They do not care about social justice. They're not against racism. They're not against hate.

If one-tenth of this was directed against any of the Left's pet groups, they'd freak. But because it's against Jews, not only are they okay with it, they gleefully join in the perpetration of hate and bigotry.

No one should take them seriously ever again.

Again, any individual involved with acts like that should be arrested.

Doesn’t mean every university in every state that protests a war are guilty of someone else’s crime.

Is Jill Stein guilty of their crimes when she got arrested?

Their threats against the Jews should be taken seriously.
Germany 1938 is unfolding in America right now.
And it's being celebrated and protected by the left.

I meant take them seriously about any of their fake social justice outrage on any other issue ever again. It's obviously all fake. These "protests" have demonstrated that pretty clearly.

Kornbluth wants to make sure that students and staff feel safe to do the work they came for at MIT. She says while it’s acceptable to raise questions about funding sources for research, it should never rise to the level of intimidation or harassment. She claims the encampment is a magnet for outside protestors and keeping the area safe is diverting hundreds of staff hours around the clock away from other essential duties.

“We have a responsibility to the entire MIT community and it is not possible to safely sustain this level of effort,” Kornbluth said. “We are open to further discussion about the means of ending the encampment but this particular form of expression needs to end soon.”

These groups are a danger to general public safety where these groups are trying to use intimidation, not dialogue.

I'm still waiting for her to get arrested for raising all that money for 2016 "recounts" and then refusing to pay for the recounts she was demanding. As far as she know, she never returned that money to the donors.

We should definitely take their threats of violence seriously. The Left have been the modern day brownshirts for years. We know they're violent extremists. They've shown us that over and over.

Was she trespassing and following campus rules for peaceful protesting?

Was at Washington University in St. Louis?

"Saturday was a dark, sad day for WashU," Martin said in Monday's statement. "When the group began to set up an encampment, which is in clear violation of our explicitly stated policies, we asked them to leave, multiple times. They did not leave voluntarily, so we made the decision to peaceably remove them. Unfortunately, they physically resisted."
Martin claimed that everyone who was arrested was facing criminal trespassing charges, with some also facing resisting arrest and assault charges. However, no official charges have been filed with the St. Louis County's Prosecuting Attorney's Office as of Monday morning.

I asked if you support genocide. When the ICC issues arrests warrants for genocide against the Zionist regime. Will you still openly support them?
