Did Kate shake hands with Zelensky?
If she were a man, I would assume that she has prostate cancer.

Mrs F is convinced she has had an operation for what used to be called 'women's troubles'.
Many women find these operations both painful and deeply traumatic.
If she's right I can understand her desire for privacy.

If one of the more out there explanations were true I suspect they'd have a better cover story than deafening silence.

But who knows?
I wouldn't completely dismiss some of the explanations given in this thread.

It is what it is.
In the grand scheme of things it has absolutely no effect on me or my life.

Yeah but this is 2024 and most woman Kate's age aren't afraid to talk about "woman's" troubles.

I do wonder if it was some type of kidnapping or attempt on her life?

If they had to go into hiding or treatment of some biological attack, then personal problems like prostate cancer and adnominal surgery would be a good cover.

I notice they allready have website and twitter account for one thing ,and one thing only ..where TF is kate middleton .

The Royals seem to be constantly in the Media over last few years... first it was about Andrew but since then it's been about The Queen, The King, Kate & Edward (This all seems to be about Sympathy). Maybe they want people to be more Sympathetic towards them, so they can carry on this Royal Lineage!

Even Meghan and Harry have been in the news ever since they got married!

It's non stop in the Media!

Like they're trying to tell us there is a Royal Family and always will be, so get used to it.

Well, at least i learned a new word.

As to where Kate Middleton is not got a clue.

She's at the right age for a hysterectomy. But that's just a six week recoup and after about two weeks you can be up and out and about walking around grocery shopping etc etc.

My guess ... it was intestinal/colon surgery and she has a temporary colostomy bag. That would explain the big absence. She had a twisted intestine or something indelicate like that.

People ae starting to ask questions now about her absence from royal duties and the lack of any pictures or sightings of her since December 28th when a fleet of cars left a royal residence at night heading for a hospital , then the mystery death of her sisters old friend ? Which was reported as suicide by gunshot wounds then suddenly it is not a gun involved .

That suicide is interesting as who would commit suicide at their parents home , especially when they have a silver spoon in their mouths and never know real hardship in their life and the gun was found well outside the area ? .
