My city has a small one and as a carbon reduction quit burning off the excess gas in a large flame plume making it stink really bad in about mile radius. So I don't know whats worse... Contaminated air with feces etc in it or the carbon.

What an unbelievable waste! They could actually put that wasted energy to work mining bitcoin.
