It was included in a court filing. Not a press release. If they were trying to deceive the public why not release it a month ago right after the raid?

The only reason this picture was seen by anyone not involved in the investigation is because Trump's team is pushing the special master issue. Not only that but pushing the special master issue in regards to executive privilege.

What you're claiming is that the FBI anticipated that Trump would do something ridiculous like demand a special master for executive privilege and that a judge would actually entertain the argument, so they staged a photo for reasons that would get proven as false as soon as the trial entered the discovery phase, tanking their entire case.

Do you not see how that makes no sense?

Except we already know that these documents are a little more than just some visiting dignitaries dietary restrictions. Documents were retrieved that were marked HCS, Human Control System. These are documents that pertain to our human intelligence sources and could potentially reveal the identities of our spies.

That's a big deal.

I think this is probably a politically motivated witch hunt, and so far I'm not convinced he did anything previous high ranking politicians haven't. But that being said, I remember people seething over Hillary's handling of classified emails. Now, hers was worse because it got hacked and leaked since it was digital, but my point is that it's sure odd how convicted people are until their guy does something and all of a sudden they want the death penalty for the highest crime in the country?

There's the standard definition, and then the legal application of it in America. The latter is the highest crime, and when someone speaks about "they need to be hung for treason", contextually that's judicial.

It's a pet peeve of mine both parties act like they're trying to take power away from tyrants and then get all butt hurt the opposition said bad things about Their Guy™... To the point its the highest crime, it's truly laughable.

The left is always screaming domestic terrorism and insurrection. The right is always saying treason and sedition is rampant. One of these days they'll get their way, and honestly we've gotten severely close quite a few times.

Except some of those documents included in the set and arranged (staged) photo are of a kind and style that belong to the FBI internally and would not be presented to the president to keep.

SCI documents (that should only be opened in a SCIF) were talked about as being there and recovered but somehow not included in the FBI’s list of proof of Orange. Man. Bad.

Integrity begs scrutiny. The old trust, but verify. But when you have no integrity…then it doesn’t take much scrutiny to unravel the whole mystery.

Had the last two years been spent tackling the problems instead of schoolyard games, then you wouldn’t be looking at losing seats on a 3 to 1 ratio. But it is now going to take a ton of emergency spending to keep people from freezing and starving this winter.

Do we "know" this, or is this what the MSM told us?

Just look at some of the documents that were apparently on the Clinton server that we were told were classified and then turned out to be little more than dinner arrangements that lost all value once the event had happened.

This is why context matters.

I don't see Gateway Pundit actually providing any proof for their claims except for the "Photoshopping."

Apparently , Gateway Pundit is claiming the Top Secret/SCI Cover Sheets that the Whitehouse use
are different then the ones seen in the photo and that the Cover Sheets in the photo are actually ones used by the FBI and just paper clipped on ...



Ergo, Concordantly, leading to the claim the FBI brought their Cover Sheets there with them ... And after going through the documents, they paper clipped their Top Secret Cover sheets over top and threw everything back on the floor next to the Time magazine photo ...

If Trump's team had made a reasonable argument, like needing a special master for attorney-client privilege, the photo never would've been included in a court filing and probably never would've seen the light of day.

I guess everyone seemed to forget that Trump himself did not deny the documents came from a carton in his office? Remember his Truth Social post? Where he was "upset" the feds tried to make him look sloppy? Because the documents were photographed on the floor, as if that's where he kept them he said? Knowing it's just a standard evidence photo with the 2A tag in front of the items.

He never denied they were his, just that the Feds were trying to make it seem as if he spread them on the floor. Kind of like a standard evidence photo of drugs and weapons during a drug raid and the dealer claiming "he never kept drugs and guns laid out on a table.

His attorneys never claimed a photo shopped photo in their filing with the court as well.

Glad to see a new spin today though. It's always fun to see what new excuse will be made. Fun times.

As for the cover sheets, I'm going to need more than just Gateway's word that there are different cover sheets used by the FBI and that the ones in the photo are those specific cover sheets.

Something I'm now seeing being talked about online is the fact that none of the newspaper/magazine articles that were stored in these boxes have a date after November 2020. This has led to speculation that there may still be boxes that haven't been retrieved.
