Should the US Get Involved

It's only a matter of time before it gets hot with NATO and Russia. The US is building up support at home right now just as it did in both World Wars.

I don't think we should get involved as much as it pains me to say that. I feel for the Ukrainians. They clearly do not want to be Russian.

I wonder if this is how people felt watching the Germans take off at the outset of WWII, and I sincerely hope not because the thoughts of a world war in a nuclear age are terrifying.

And another scary thing I recall - there are so many boys born to the generation younger than mine. I recall my grandmother remarking that maybe we'd need them all. I hope she was wrong. Those boys are just now coming of age to fight.
